We're calling them when we're already having a bad day and probably in a bad mood. Such was the case when I was introduced to Tony's Towing. I'd had a long, hard day at work and so when I went to start my car and nothing happened, I was very upset. I called my roadside assistance service and they dispatched a tow truck to me through Tony's. The driver, Dalton, was helpful and friendly which always makes the situation easier. He was kind enough to give me (and my car) a ride all the way back to New Orleans (I was in Luling) and provided me with the name of a good mechanic that wouldn't screw me over. I would definitely call Tony's Towing if I ever needed their services again (though I hope I don't!). The prompt, friendly service makes all the difference in the world.
