Anxious dog or difficult traveling to salon - this is your answer. Our 5 year old, 70lb Golden…read moreRetriever Sonny, grew increasingly anxious for trips to the groomer to the point he laid down in the middle of a busy parking lot and refused to move. I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! We had to reschedule her appt based on the holidays and they did everything they could to accommodate. They made it happen! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.

My husband and I…read morestopped in for the first time this week and I purchased a plush toy (for $25!) along with a second toy for my small special needs dog. He loves plush toys (he's missing most of his teeth) that have a larger plush component and then inside there are smaller plush's they can pull out. I purchased this "premium" one that had 3 birds in a "birdhouse" (or a grass hut?) for him. The next day I gave it to him and within minutes I noticed a plastic piece on the ground and saw that the bird he had in his mouth had a hole in it. I immediately sent a message to WITB because I couldn't believe I spent $25 on a toy there and plastic was coming out. Today I got a message back from someone there. I was really ticked by the message (included). It came across as a "too bad, so sad" reply. How am I supposed to know what your policy is? I've been there one time. It could've been worded much differently even without a refund. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back.

Outside of the toys it appears that just about every thing else is either made right here in Wisconsin (shop local) or from other US produced manufacturers which is awesome! We have been there a handful of times now and it is now our go to pet supply shop for our little Rosy!

Bailey started going to Kim when she worked at Mon Cheri Dog Grooming in Brookfield. When the owner of Mon Cheri retired and sold the business, Kim started her own full service dog grooming business called Kim's Canine Design. Kim is a compassionate, conscientious, and trustworthy dog groomer/stylist. I would not have brought my baby to Kim for so many years, if she wasn't the best. From trim to puppy cut to a mohawk; my fur-baby tried it all! Bailey was the love of my life, and I would not have trusted just anyone to take care of his grooming needs. Bailey was a frequent and regular customer at Kim's Canine Design for over 13 years; going in every 12-15 weeks for a full-service pampering. Full service grooming includes bathing, hand-drying, brush out, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircut. Also available is dematting, teeth brushing, nail filing, mud bath exfoliating, deep conditioning, flea bath, and anal glands. Bring your fur-babies to Kim's for a spa day of pampering! We cannot thank her enough for her love, compassion and care!
