The teaching staff have a tailored plan to our son's academic needs daily and weekly in addition to keeping him on par with his grade level. And on our way luck happened, I met MARIA. She and her center helped us a lot. My daughter and I are very grateful for the fact that Maria is engaged individually with us. We used E3 for over two years…read more My three children span elementary, middle, and high school. Although they had the aptitude to support elementary aged children, they have not demonstrated the same success as the children advanced. As they expanded to two locations the personal service and attention has dropped significantly. As a parent we are careful when changing tutors and therapists until we are certain it is in the child's best interest. So we stayed through E3's growing pains. A mistake which has demonstrated itself in scholastic achievement. The charge a premium for there services and their is no support for their staff. When a problem arises the burden is left to the tutor to solve. The staff turn over occurs at the end of summer and you start with a new tutor each year. For middle and high school your money and time would be better spent with subject matter specialists. Education is important, be sure to set and reinforce your expectations regularly or all you will receive is a hand written note with sentence fragments tracking progress. Best of luck

We chose to have them provide coaching sessions rather than attend the IEP meetings with us. We were then able to approach our daughter's IEP meetings with more confidence and much better results than we were previously getting. When we later needed some special education legal advice, PCA helped us with a referral for a consult with an excellent special ed attorney. Their staff are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. What can I say? More like what can't I say? My son has been in school here since kinder and is now…read morein third grade. The best teachers in the world, the best staff from the custodian to the music teacher. Amazing and talented special ed teachers also. The school is totally secure and they are always teaching about respect and very anti-bullying. Our school thrives on the parent volunteers also. We have the best moms and dads helping out in the classrooms which usually puts the ratios at about 7-1. I fell in live with every teacher each year and thought that the next year I couldn't possibly have a better one, but every year I am more than happy with the last teacher helping to choose her successor and always ending up with the right teacher for my son. The kids have iPads in kinder, and really everything, technically speaking and otherwise that they need to get educated. We have running club on Tuesdays, pancake breakfast that the dad's club puts on and where our principal participates. We have such fun, cool events where so many parents are involved and actually friends. We work together, are friendly and enjoy stopping to chat with each other. Just an amazing school. My heart broke when they tool fourth grade away. This will now be our last year here..

In Math, he has mastered addition & subtraction word problems and concepts related to money. In Reading, he has successfully completed one grade level book on specific comprehension skill of "Getting the Main Idea" with 100% accuracy. Also, Rajesh drove all the way down to our son's school to meet with his teacher. They go beyond the call of duty to deliver a service that in my opinion you cant find any where else. Beyond ecstatic.
