Still piping hot when I got it back to the parents though When we opened up we at first though there'd been a mistake and we'd been given soup! A couple of the dishes appeared at first sight to be all liquid and no solids. It did turn out that there was stuff down the bottom but then some alarm was caused by there being half bananas in one of the dishes. My mum had chosen mild dishes for the sake of a none-adventurous diner, but that much banana in a savoury was a little much for them! To be fair, having got over these problems, the food was reasonably tasty. Nothing actually not nice, and the Bombay potato was rather good. All that sauce went nicely with the pilau rice and naan. Very reasonable priced too. If there was somewhere better locally, I'd probably choose it. But I wouldn't be too unhappy to eat from here again either. Hence an 'OK' 3 stars. Not bad, not good, just average.
