Traditional Danish brunch in a beautiful setting. We were gifted the brunch along with a castle…read moretour. It is located right next to the castle so it is a convenient dining experience to combine with a walk in the gardens or a castle tour. The brunch is a buffet and there are a couple of seatings. This means that at the start of the seating it is a bit crowded around the buffet, but after 5-10 minutes it cleared out since the whole area can only accommodate around 40-50. The buffet was moderate in size, but well stocked and with quality components (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pålæg, make your own pancakes, bread, fruit, yogurt and several pastries). The outdoor seating looked nice, but I didn't see anyone out there even though the weather was nice. I'd definitely come back on a future visit to the gardens or castle.
