My kids have been attending Lotsa Tots since September 2023, and I've seen so much progress in them. The new owner has made several positive changes, and at no point have I felt that my children were unsafe--quite the opposite, in fact. Isha, the manager, is amazing--always open, approachable, and genuinely committed to making things easier for families. My twins' teacher, Kamal, has been fantastic. I've noticed significant development in their life skills since being in her care. I'm truly happy and confident sending my kids to Lotsa Tots. My grandchildren went to this daycare for several years.... when they started out they liked it but after a couple years we started noticing high staff turnover and from there things went downhill to the point where the kids were extremely reluctant to go there at all! These kids are not perfect but seemed to be blamed for anything and everything when we suspected there were other children involved. Talking to staff was like talking to a wood post.... and the owners ignored concerns that we voiced. The kids were basically kicked out due to an issue on the bus taking them to school.... were there other children involved..... yes..... but no others were disciplined..... fairness doesn't seem to be a concept they practice. The kids had a difficult time adjusting to so many new staff and, accordingly, would act out, as many children do, to check boundaries...... The kids left there.... the fees had been paid for the month.... they had attended 6 days to the 8th of March..... no written account of all this has been given and, of course, no monies have been returned. Emails have been sent with absolutely no response. Do they figure if they don't respond you will go away? I'll be checking with a lawyer to decide out next steps. read more

This's the WORST daycare around. I was in red deer for a couple of months and found this daycare, went in , took a tour , everything seemed fine so I went for it. My 3 year old absolutely hated it, she would cry her eyes out ( I knew something was wrong cuz she adapts pretty quickly and loves to play with kids and usually doesn't mind staying with kids her own age) , for the whole time she was there ( which was supposed to be a month and a half, needless to say, I cut it short) she would not stop crying. She would come home with DIRTY underwear, and had a couple of bruises on her leg ( which I still have a pic of ) . They were very reckless , very unprofessional and not at all friendly. I was told to give a two week notice when I decide to take her out ( which i did) and told I would get a refund ( WHICH I DIDNT!!!) . I spoke to the girl in charge two weeks prior to taking my daughter out and it seemed like she was preoccupied and not listening , which was the case , since on her last day the manager ( same girl) was very rude and almost yelling at me saying I did not give her a notice!!!! My daughter came in recovering from being sick AND THEY MADE HER GO OUT AND PLAY IN THE SNOW , apparently because " there was no one to stay with her inside" , BS!!!!! She was crying and begging not to go out, but no one was listening!!! THEY DO NOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS, OR YOUR CHILDS'!!!!!!!! This place got me so mad so fast it was really a record! WORST DAYCARE! WORST SERVICE! After u pay they lose interest !! I wish someone would SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!!! read more

My son has been at this daycare for a year now, and he just moved up to the next room stage. They've been excellent with him. We know most of the ladies and gents there, and they all know our son (who is always very energetic and happy). He loves to tell us what he's done that day, and they have a school structured curriculum they follow. I love him being there, and although the cost is fairly high for us as young parents, we wouldn't move him away from his favorite teachers and friends. read more

Love this daycare! Had a very young baby when I returned to work from mat leave to accept my dream position and with two small kids, one that wasn't even old enough to sit up on their own, I started to search for exceptional childcare and I found it with Lotsa' Tots. In all honesty, given the cost of daycare, our intentions were to keep our kids in daycare until they were a little older and them move to a dayhome to save some money. By the time the kids wereold enough for us to consider a dayhome, we couldn't imagine taking them away from their care. Our family loved Lotsa Tots so much that we enrolled our oldest in the kindergarten ECS program so we could stay longer. We recently decided to move them so our kids can stay together when the oldest attends full-time school and it was a heart breaking decision. They are a family and I am so proud to say that we are a part of that family. read more

This is a fantastic childcare facility. The staff are kind and loving. My daughter is excited to come each day. I have not one complaint about this childcare facility and this is my second time using them. My older child completed with them a few years back. Great people. Clean facility.
