My 2nd child has been here since 6 weeks and just turned 1 1/2. I absolutely love this child care center. The kids enjoy coming and have learned a lot being enrolled here. The crafts they bring home are always adorable and the oldest seems so proud of his work. We are expecting our 3rd baby in October and plan to enroll them as soon as they hit 6 weeks as well.

The place is clean and the teachers are very friendly. My son is happy to go there everyday and when I pick him up I can see him playing and interacting with the teachers. I used to take my son there all the time until they started double charging me and I caught them…read more They had a change of attitude and were a little apologetic, but not very. As soon as I let them know that my son would only be going there part time when his mother decides to bring him there. They took my passcode off of the door completely, so I could not even get to see my son without knocking on windows and doors. The director is extremely rude and hardheaded. But if you want to pick up your kid without a passcode, all you have to do is just wait for someone else to open the door and they will let you in. It's not a very secure environment. I don't unlock the door so I do not lock it on my way out either. Also, if this warrants a silly response, I will post the pictures of them, admitting the double charge after denying it and threatening to take my son out of daycare if I don't pay their demanded extra charge even way before it would even be due.

Now, a couple of months later, I cannot say better things about our experience with Motherland Childcare, my son is happy, healthy and I feel beyond comfortable with him spending his days there. Latrisha has given me advise and makes me feel that we are working as a team to bring up my son in the best way. She follows all safety guidelines; her facility is immaculate, and she keeps up with his milestones ensuring he is building the physical and social skills appropriate for his age. I honestly could not have imagined a better daycare situation for my baby, I would give Latrisha 10 stars if I could!

I called and got talked into the maintenance package. I asked right away if I could cancel at anytime. She said yes but didn't explain there is a $150 termination of contract fee. It's important to read disclosures when you get them. We decided to do it because the monthly fee adds up to what you would spend at Starbucks for a month. And then they take care of all bug problems you have like around the exterior as well as the earwigs and any other household pests you encounter included. We have a follow up in 2 weeks. They send you a prep sheet of how to make your house ready for your service. We put our pets in another room for a hour. There was no smell or residue. Our person was professional and explained the whole process.

I asked him if he was good at his job and he very confidentLt said yes. He did a very thorough home inspection and found several areas where the house was unsealed from the new siding job. He had a permanent solution to seal up these areas and set some bait traps as a temporary fix. two days later, he came out and spent over two hours sealing the open areas and he even fixed the stone flower bed wall that was messed up during the home remodel. he went above and beyond and very confidentLt assured me that my home was sealed to solve future problems. Another plus is that he has a background in roofing and siding services, so he knows what to look for. Pluto guarantees their work and conduct a follow-up after a month. Finally a worker came in for her shift and let me in. We were brought into a room different than what I was told and there was one teacher to about 15 kids. The teacher told me she never was given any paperwork on my kids and she was already overwhelmed as it was because the other teacher was not there yet. Because she was not given paperwork she needed my girls d.o.b so I told her them and she wrote it on her hand. I went extra early for their first day and ended up late to work. At the end of the day I went to go pick my kids up. Once again I stood in the dark entrance (office was closed) . Someone finally saw I was there after another 10 minutes and I was let up to get my kids. My 10 year old daughter told me there were constant fist fights between the kids and tons of cussing. She said the teacher didn't address the cussing at all. She also told me that there was an older kid who wouldn't leave my little one alone. She was very uncomfortable there. Also did I mention the teachers butt was hanging out of her pants as well? Yeah..I never brought my kids back. Director didn't even follow up with me after I told her that I was pulling my kids out.

So take new parent anxiety and multiply it times about 1000. Our child is now 3.5 and loves it there. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, caring, and our child lights up talking about the teachers (and often gives bigs hugs!). Absolutely great about parent wants - no juice if we specify, etc. We often have unexpected days we need care - and if they are able, they'll get us in. They'll call with concerns, they care for the kids as though they are their own children/grandchildren, and you can feel love there. The classrooms are clean, the price is reasonable, and most importantly - you can trust them with your most important persons.

I quickly changed my attitude with the help of their wonderful staff. The teachers here truly care about your child and provide a fun and nurturing environment. My son made pals with his class mates. It was wonderful to hear little stories from his day when I'd pick him up from his teachers. Little Angels offers may perks that as a parent I really liked, I'll list a few of them. They also set up a private Facebook for parents only, they will share pictures from their day. It gives you a feeling of connection to your little one when you can't be with them. They also bring photographers in to take school pictures and you can purchase picture packets. Monthly lunch schedules are given out so you can note certain days you may want to send lunch if you have a picky eater. Teachers are always sending home projects your little one created. They celebrate teachers week where there are daily themes and activities to celebrate the great work their wonderful staff does daily. There is also a parents week with activities and after hour events for parents and family members to attend with their kiddos. I LOVED this it offered a view into my sons daily activities in the center. I really miss this day care and wish my son could still attend but we have since moved. :( the teachers genuinely seemed sad to see my son leave. They offer a family like atmosphere and I highly suggest this day care to other parents in ET!
