As soon as I let them know that my son would only be going there part time when his mother decides to bring him there. They took my passcode off of the door completely, so I could not even get to see my son without knocking on windows and doors. The director is extremely rude and hardheaded. But if you want to pick up your kid without a passcode, all you have to do is just wait for someone else to open the door and they will let you in. It's not a very secure environment. I don't unlock the door so I do not lock it on my way out either. Also, if this warrants a silly response, I will post the pictures of them, admitting the double charge after denying it and threatening to take my son out of daycare if I don't pay their demanded extra charge even way before it would even be due.

It's important to read disclosures when you get them. We decided to do it because the monthly fee adds up to what you would spend at Starbucks for a month. And then they take care of all bug problems you have like around the exterior as well as the earwigs and any other household pests you encounter included. We have a follow up in 2 weeks. They send you a prep sheet of how to make your house ready for your service. We put our pets in another room for a hour. There was no smell or residue. Our person was professional and explained the whole process.

Movers showed up 2 hours late. Everything was rushed after that. My headboard was significantly scratched and my recliner broken. My boxes were scattered around the house even with them being marked of where to go.
