I am heart broken that he will not be able to attend the 4 year old program next year because we are being transferred out of state. I have spent the last several months trying to find a new program for him but nothing has been comparable to the level of excellence that K-Prep has to offer. .

Drove 40mins to get their and a girl came out and said they tried numerous times to contact me to cancel because they were short staffed, (which I never received a phone call or email) and I asked her if she was "Kelly" and she said no. And she told me to reschedule. Which I declined. We will look at other places.....plus if they are short staffed I'm not sure if the caregiver/child ratios are being met. I won't feel comfortable with my child at a place where they are not enough ppl watching the kids. Red flag for me, on top of the terrible communication.
