Originally were upfront about additional fees and removed the $3K in fees for ceramic coat BS and door guards, but then came another $1K fee hidden that they verbally agreed to waiving on the phone but then refused when he got there. What a waste of a drive, time, and money. We wasted a significant amount of time based on their assurances, only to find out in the end that those promises meant nothing. This kind of inconsistent communication and lack of follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional. If you want other people spending your money, then this is the dealership for you!
