This was really great considering I haven't received this kind of service at other mini golf places around Auckland. We really enjoyed the variety of holes. Sounds weird I know but Enchanted Forest Mini Golf seriously has two of the coolest holes we have ever seen! The first one you have to hit your golf ball through chains - it sounds harder than you think! The second hole was unique for sure. The hole is completely surrounded by netting. The aim is to hit your ball as hard as you can (it sits on a raised platform), and if possible, hit the bullseye up top, ultimately to get a 'hole in one'. Again, it is harder than you think, but it is loads of fun! Plus, all the kids around us really enjoyed it! Another highlight is that the space around the mini golf course is very large! There is a shop where you purchase your tickets and other things like cold drinks and ice creams. There are also plenty of tables and chairs, plus you can use their BBQ's located onsite (free to use if you play one round of mini golf). This would be perfect for a birthday party or family gathering. An added bonus is that there is a Countdown right next door - easy to stock up on food beforehand! I guess the only negative would be that it is a little rough around the edges but it definitely feels like you're in a forest (or bush!). Interesting fact - the space used to be a park, and instead of removing everything, they have kept all the original trees and plants which is nice to see - we even saw a Kauri tree! Overall, Enchanted Forest Mini Golf is the best I have tried in Auckland so far. The added bonuses (unique 'net' hole, BBQ's, supermarket next door and location) really make this mini golf worth going to, not just to play a few games, but also to get a group of family and friends along and have a BBQ lunch or dinner afterwards!

In spite of this, I've always had a good time here. Actually it's the only laser strike place I know that is still open for business. There are a few things that this place does very well. The scoring system is cool, and the printout you receive at the end shows you your overall stats, complete with accuracy percentage and which parts of the body you hit/hit you. If you've got a spare afternoon, gather a few mates together and shoot each other.

It's a combination of the dark with the awesome patterned tracks, glow in the dark golf clubs and golf balls that make this a winner. They have 16 holes to play with their own unique buildings, pathways and fairways in technicolour. Loved what they've done with the spaces particularly the hang down from the ceiling foliage at the start and the funky lights in the mirrored room. A lovely indoor activity that is highly memorable. Part 2 is going to be a food cart. So to the owners..Was it too hard to just replace the astro turf?; fix and repaint the animals,the mushrooms, and the buildings?; plant new plants?; put up a roof? Yeah the place was showing it's age, but revitalizing something, doesnt always mean that what your revitalizing has to be completely replaced. I haven't played it, I don't want to play it, and neither has my partner, because we both think that what you have replaced the old courses with, is nothing but rubbish. You've gone ruined what were 2 already awesome courses, and the animals just added to it. It probably takes no more than an hour to finish this course, which is perfect if you can manage to skive off work early, or for an extended lunch break. The course itself is nothing amazing, rather poor greens, non-existent fairways, and few hazards, but for $12 you can't really ask for much more. If you haven't got the skill, time, or money to play a proper 18 hole course, then come here for a hit.
