You have your choice of sauna rooms to choose from. You get plenty of towels to wipe your sweat away. You have a TV with all the networks to watch your favorite show. In the end you have a nice cool eucalyptus towel that is infused with eucalyptus essential oil (?) these towels provide a refreshing and invigorating scent that can help to clear the sinuses, while the cold temp can help to cool down your body after a hot sauna session. Bonsall Pool & Spa built my vinyl-lined swimming pool in 1986. The company did a great job building it and were quick and competent with occasional repairs needed over 35 years. For the last few years, however, the repair department has been unresponsive to my pleas for help. I don't believe they have many trained technicians anymore who can carry out repair jobs. Apparently, their crew in the field is inadequate in meeting the demand. What is the problem with the structure of this business? Is it low salary not attracting knowledgeable technicians? Is it lack of training in specialized pool equipment repair? Whatever the problem, it has lowered the good reputation of Bonsall Pool and Spa. I do not recommend them for pool construction.

I ended up getting a mini facial with 30 minutes in the cozy sauna. After the sauna, I got a wonderful foot scrub and massage and then headed in for my chemical peel. EJ was very careful and proactive with making sure that the peel was playing nice with my skin, which has left my skin not bothered in the slightest but delightfully smooth. While the peel was on, I had the absolute pleasure of getting to have my clogged pores extracted, aka she squeezed out all the dirt from my clogged pores. If you're like me and your mom always told you to never pop your zits, lemme tell you what: there is NOTHING BETTER than getting to have someone else do it safely and cleanly. I then got a nice, long amd seriously satisfying neck, shoulders, ear and scalp massage. After a long day of work, it was amazing. That's not what I liked best about my appointment though. I'm a total skincare nerd and it was an absolute delight to talk to someone about what I was using and why. EJ explains skincare really well and we had a wonderful conversation about it. If you have a teen struggling with their skin, I would suggest getting them to EJ stat so she can help them out with sane, effective skincare. And if you're like me and in between that point of scouring off acne and trying to fight off wrinkles, EJ would also be handy for you to get some sweet tips on prevention and how to keep your skin healthy. And of course, if you're ready to get some help with fine lines that you're noticing, she can help! I absolutely loved my time and cant recommend her more.

Pausing my membership when I was swamped with school was a breeze, as was re-starting - A lot of people complain about fighting over finances and checking accounts with gym chains. I've been on both sides of that table. This has NEVER been a problem for me at Good Life. There are a lot of dedicated lifters working out here, but the environment would still be welcoming enough for a newbie lifter. No intimidation, but loads of motivation!
