This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsmen. Another important asset this company has is communication. Communication has been stellar and if they were going to be late or unable to make it for an unforeseen reason, they immediately let me know and didn't let me "wonder" if and when they'd arrive. In the end, my kitchen remodel and new exterior siding was everything and more than I was hoping for. Pricing was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend this company without reservation. You made me and my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!

During the remodel, the quality of work reflects an unskilled DIY workmanship and had to have them come back and fix brand new plumbing and toilet that was told is good to go, which started leaking after install and said that's normal which it's not. Next item is we ordered new doors to be installed and some of the ones ordered were not the right size and had to wait for a new one. Secondly the top of our brand new holocore door was cut completely off so you can put your hand inside the door. Overall we are glad the project is done but I would not consider hiring this company again for future projects. The owner is a good guy but this experience has left me wishing the quality of work recieved reflected the cost of what we paid.

This company doesn't know what customer service means. Stay away from them at all costs... you will be wasting your time trying to deal with At Work 4 You. They claim in their business description they have "integrity" and "high caliber customer service." I am betting they don't know how to spell integrity.

Once in a while you'll find a contractor who is also a good communicator and returns phone calls and emails. And occasionally you'll find a contractor with great prices who finishes on time and on budget. But it is rare indeed to find all these important qualities in one person, which is the case with Joseph Beatrice, the owner of Founders Contracting. Joseph converted a large walk-in closet into a bathroom for our home in Whitefish and completed the task on time, UNDER budget, and with attention to detail that demonstrates his pride in his craft. His quoted price was lower than other quotes we received, and he actually completed the project UNDER budget due to some negotiating he did with the City of Whitefish, as well as some electrical work that required less effort than anticipated. Joseph is truly the most business capable, customer-centric contractor we have ever worked with. He works seamlessly with subcontractors when necessary, and takes great care with meticulous finish work. The results are fantastic.

I think most of their clients become friends. I was impressed with the communication and the value. The principals spend actual time on site when the build is happening, unlike many other companies. Lots of details are reviewed and their expertise was incredible when considering where to save money and where to spend it. Building a custom home is scary. It's costly. But per square foot, this build exceeded our expectations - and the assessors. Actually our home got assessed at 2x the build cost within one year of completion and it keeps growing.
