The parking lot has ample space which I appreciate and I loved the Fourth of July art the windows were decorated with. Inside the store is packed to the brim with everything you want in a butchery/meat market. I also love that they still have a butcher block in the back and that they have their bundle prices listed on the wall. You can choose from their cooler of meats or get a specialty cut from the back. They also sell local grocery items like canned goods, candy, sodas, etc. Although they were busy for the fourth, the service was still prompt and exceptional. I'm definitely putting this spot on my list for all things meat related in the future!

I was expecting a typical ice cream shop, a few tables and a counter. This is the cutest place and they were very welcoming! They had 12 flavors of ice cream, 14 toppings, sundaes, banana splits, lots of sizes, waffle cones and regular cake cones. They can make any milkshake and have lots of specialty coffees and frappes. The two girls working were so funny and nice. They took our Polaroid picture for their selfie wall. We sat down and enjoyed our choices. Rodney got a double scoop of vanilla with chocolate syrup in a cup. Mine was a single scoop of Salted Caramel in a cake cone. It had the sweet caramel flavor but you could still taste a hint of salt in every lick and it was the perfect softness. It had nestled into my cone so I didn't have to worry about it rolling off the top of my cone. It was really delicious! You won't believe how inexpensive it is. We got all this for only $6.40. Please stop by and enjoy a treat. We will be back!

I got a smoked sausage dog with chips and a 16 oz bottle of Pepsi as I was craving a soda real bad . It was called the DC Smoked Sausage Dog. Pros: Awesome customer service - very friendly, professional, down to earth Food was ready very quickly Size-wise very worth $5.99! Perfect sized bun! Areas to sit outside of the establishment Cons: Way too many onions for my liking - next time I'll be specific about how much I want Could've used a bit more chili. Was given more onions than chili Soda was way overpriced - $2 for a 16 oz Bread was too chewy Sausage was just ok...decent. Not bad, but I didn't realize it would be beef. I prefer pork smoked sausage as it is a lot more flavorful. The older I get, the pickier I seem to get about my food. Please keep this in mind and still give this place a try. I am more than willing to return, but I'd get a hot dog next time since that's what pretty much all of the gd reviews are about.
