I really enjoyed the Enchiladas Rojas and Caipirinha flight of seasonal flavors. Mango was phenomenal! Service was great, the decor is cute and the restaurant is clean in a fun neighborhood. We were a little worried how crowded it would be since we couldn't make a reservation. But we got seated right away. Overall, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very sweet. I also ordered a guava margarita that was really good. My friend ordered a mocktail and it was really beautiful. Always appreciate a place that can make a beautiful mocktail. We enjoyed our dinner. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. Don't expect to leave stuffed, the portions are on the small side, but they're adequate for a lunch and fair for the price. The problem was the crunchy taco. It was so stale it was inedible. What he didn't do was offer to make a fresh one or take it off the bill. It was just, here's your check, thanks for coming in, and I paid full price for food I couldn't eat. The molcateje was hot and bountiful. Steak, shrimp, chicken and chorizo piled high. My tacos al pastor were tender and flavorful. Beer was ice cold and at $5 a pop, you couldn't go wrong. I think this restaurant is better than some of the much pricier options in Fishers and Indy. My only regret is that we don't live closer. It's a must visit when in Kokomo.
