You can tell the staff love what they do, and the children absolutely flourish under their guidance. We especially appreciate how the school weaves hands-on learning into the day: from seasonal arts and crafts to preparing food together in class. Our son comes home talking about the bread they baked or the soup they made, and it's clear he's learning valuable life skills while having fun. It's also been wonderful to see him grow socially -- the community of parents is tight-knit and welcoming, and the kids build strong friendships in a nurturing, screen-free environment. The academics are lovely and meet our kids right where they are in their development. My kids are growing up with incredible social-emotional skills, awareness of the environment/stewards of nature, and have such a gorgeous community of friends and family to lean on. They truly care about their ducklings and go above and beyond to offer one-on-one attention to each child. Our son has speech delays and Ms. Hicks has played a crucial role in working with him and helping us find additional services. Her background is in education so the daycare is set up more like a Montessori school which we really appreciate. (We looked at similar daycares and they cost double!) At Little Ducklings they do a lot of fun activities while also working on developmental skills. They are very good about updating us on what they are learning. They will send us videos of the curriculum (songs, etc) and pics of our son which helps us work on skills with him at home. Little Ducklings is a such a great school and we feel lucky to be part of it.

I only issue was the tutor that I got assigned when I got in there with her she went over a lesson…read moreplan and then I never received anything that we went over in the room and she told me oh I sent it to you and I sent it a message back and then she dropped me as a student I had to call the administration office and then they told me they were going to get me another tutor and I never heard back from that person so this morning I just asked him to please cancel my account cuz to me this seems like yeah they want to help you but they just can't always find the right person so I had no issues with canceling my account no why I did Express a little concern on some of the some of the problems that I had for one they did not tell me how they bill so luckily I found out you know the billing 15 minute increments so if you build a few order 2 hours and you go over your 2 hours in your first appointment or even like it rolls over then you'll be charged for the additional time so secondly I felt like I was talking to different people instead of one person and but again you know they did try to find me a different tutor and I appreciated that but I never heard back from the person and also I don't know who this person was if he was a lead did contact me and said I will be calling you by 6:00 p.m. this evening I never heard anything back never received an email so I feel like they could maybe be a little more better but again I had no issues with canceling my account
