Let's stare with the Philly. It was good but different. Very well seasoned, and great cheese. It came with a crema sauce I can't quite explain. Not a true Philly experience, but better than Malik's, man that place was such a let down! The loaded fries were great!! Everything was prepared very well. The fries not soggy and a good balance with all the rest of the ingredients. More of the crema sauce, and it did a wonderful job on cutting some of the heaviness of the dish. One gripe, the pickled onions were great, just wish they were more spicy than sweet. The quesbirria was a little perplexing. Don't get me wrong, it was good! But we were missing the charrred, semi crispy outside on the tortillas! Different but still good. The consume, was not salty at all, but could use some more kick! The best for last! The pupusas!! Some of the best I've had in a while!! Excellent flavors, and the way they packaged them, still super hot. The best ones are eaten that way, if you know....the sauce that came with it was spectacular and made up for the disappointing curtido. This one lacked any punch or character. Overall a great experience for us! Definitely ordering again and despite delivery charges, still affordable!

There was a long line but they were quick. You order and you don't pay until your tacos are ready which I think it's cool. I think the price per taco is reasonable and everything was really good! Their green salsa is great. The pastor tacos were not amazing but asada and lengua is something we will definitely come back for. (Suadero is a super moist pulled pork meat. Such a great flavor and the texture is perfect. Try it and you'll love it too.) There's a couple things that I miss from Southern California taco spots and this one has them both. Number one, great carne asada (fresh and seasoned well!) Number two, and the most missed thing for me, is fresh cut radishes and cucumbers. So many taco trucks miss these essential sides and it really makes the taco experience much better in my opinion. The pics look good and I decided to call in and order some asada tacos and a papa con todo. The person who picked up the phone was friendly and said the order would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was perfect for me. The food truck is red, well lit, and located in a parking lot by a Circle K and a tire shop. They have several chairs set up in front of the food truck for those who want to dine in. It's cash only but they also accept Zelle, which I used to pay for my order ($19 - which is a good deal for 5 tacos and a potato with carne asada). The order came nicely packed with three different salsas (red, green, and avocado) and some limes. Both the tacos and the potato were delicious! Everything was very warm and the meat was soft and savory. I'll definitely make it a point to recommend it to friends and family in the area and will stop by myself again when I'm in San Antonio.
