But we took a table outside - be prepared to wait for one on weekends. But it's well worth the wait. First time we went we had some shrimp tapas, fried anchovies and spanish tortilla. All very good, seafood very fresh and tasty. Then we wanted some squid, but somehow failed at our poor spanish communication and got a wrong order....pig head stew or something of the sort. Was good for a few bites, but not really fully to our taste. Nothing to blame on the owner...surely well cooked, but we just ordered wrong. Second night we had some razor clams, stuffed mussel and fried pork. All very good again. But the best item we saved for last: Blood Sausage. Fantastic. The best blood sausage we've had yet...in Spain and in general. Good flavours, good spices, tender. A great item. Highly recommended. They also have nice wine by the glass or bottle. Our favourite was the red Muga. Always a winner. A great place to grab a bite or two. Nice atmosphere near the main square. Great food and nice owners. We will be back.

Had one with Chorizo (quality just ok) and a sandwich with spanish Tortilla (very heavy...and quite dry). Nothing that great. The baby squid on the other hand were very good. Fresh, hot and crispy. As they should be. It's a fine place to fill your stomach for little money. But there are so many other Tapas bars around....and many of them better.

Dogs are not allowed inside, but luckily they don't mind if you sit inside the entrance hall or stand at one of the tables in the entrance hall (good if it rains). And that's really fair enough and we were happy to enjoy these excellent Tapas when our dog was with. The Tapas here come with interesting twist and are divine. Some of the best Tapa creations we've ever came across. And the prices are still quite low. Great wine as well (try the white Muga). There are Tapas like shrimp inside a crispy spring roll dough, Bacalau topped with jamon and asparagus, meat croqueta topped with mayo and crispy onions. And there are many more....all looking fantastic. But couldn't try them all (a good reason to come back one day). They also serve small plates. We tried the frog legs in sauce, and as the Tapas they were perfectly cooked and tender. And for the price they sell them quite the steal. Very good were the fried pork belly pieces and the tapa with fried pork and jamon on top. Two very good choices. It's a fine Tapas Bar with fair prices. But there are plenty of other very interesting options in town, so we didn't come back this time.

It is a combined sports bars and daily news spot. The first night we were there, we made a point of greeting all the regulars as they sat and spent their evening at "their table". Second night, we were met with big smiles from the regulars. Third night, we got to cheer for the bull and boo the sloppy matador during a televised bullfight. Fourth night, we joined in with the cheering for Barcelona in their futbol game with Manchester. Great food, great bar, outside tables and inside tables. A real family place. Owners are the best.
