As a cobbler Mr. Javier takes real pride in his work. He takes the time to make things right and can rebuild a shoe completely if need be. I picked up my shirts and they still had stains on all the collars, on all of my shirts. It's as if they just took the shirts and hung them back up and then gave them back to me on the pick up date. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically pointed out the stains on the collars and ask they be treated. I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.
