There is no swimming at this park but they have a nice splash pad and playground for the little ones. We found a spot and the wind coming off the lake was so nice. There were a lot of geese and ducks right around us, super friendly they came right up to us and slept by us even. They have a path that you can walk that goes around the entire lake. It's nice exercise. We ate lunch and stayed for about 4 hours. We will be back for sure . Nice, peaceful, relaxing day.

There are no shades during the hike only at the end either lots of trees surrounding the area. It's a beautiful view of San Bernardino Mountains and county. It's worthy. Bring water and wear sunscreen. No restrooms available . You need to pay for parking. No dogs allowed. Be careful there's really San Bernardino security checking for parking and dogs. You don't want to pay penalty.

It was the perfect morning for a sunrise hike today. This is a great trail for a quick cardio workout. Watch for parts of the trail that are gravel and slippery. Cute rabbits on the trail frequently and sometimes even deer. The hi light is the waterfall at the top!! I enjoyed sitting by the falls and having a snack before hiking back down. Parking is for a fee now...so that was new. QR codes posted around the lot and gates open at 6/630 am.
