We finally tried Lid Amigos for the first time. First it is coincidently close by, second servers were so friendly. It wasn't just our server that checked if we needed anything else other server that would walk by made sure we didn't need anything else. The food was delicious and came quick. I don't know not was because it was a little slow when we were there but we didn't wait long for our food. Fried ice cream omg... you have to try it. Over all experience was awesome.

You can count on Los Amigos to serve standard Mexican fare. The service can be a bit slow, but friendly. It's a small little spot, but don't miss the salsa bar. It's self serve in case you don't want the salsa they serve with their chips. (It's good, BTW)

My family always stops here when we are having girls weekend at the lake! The enchelada suizas and gigantic burrito are two of my favorites. Tonight I had a giant bowl of albondigas and it hit the spot on this chilly night. The Pina Rita was also delicious. Sweet and not too strong(which I enjoy). Check it out

I've eaten here a bunch of times. Love it. Love it for take out too! Salsa bar is bomb. Their pineapple jalepeño margarita is so yummy! They have draft beer, wine, margaritas, great food and what I consider to be a very comfortable ambiance.

Got a wet burrito for the first time and it was a lot more than I bargained for. A huge burrito worth it's cost.

It came with four tortillas, and then the usual lime and diced cilantro and onions, which always taste perfect in birria. I enjoyed the birria, but have had better. As mentioned before, the horchata is a slightly darker sort of horchata, meaning that it has a good amount of all those flavorful spices (and when I say "spices," this means things like cinnamon, or possibly cloves or nutmeg, and doesn't mean that the drink is "hot"). I like their horchata quite a bit. As usual, the service was friendly and attentive. This was our third time here, and we're always made to feel welcome here.

i thought this place was cute & gave it a chance but everything went downhill…read more i overpaid, the service was slow, and the food was wrong & mediocre i'm passing through barstow from vegas to cali & wanted a breakfast that wasn't fast food, so i looked online & found los domingos and saw the menu online as well. firstly i ordered takeout & told the cashier i was using the online menu, & she said okay. i ordered the chorizo & eggs burrito and the new mexico chicken enchiladas. on the website, these are 6.99 each, so that's what i assumed it was. she never told me the price, never read my order back to me, & didn't offer me to look at the physical menu. it should be reasonable i'm shocked that my receipt & card was charged $30+ when i was under the assumption each item was 6.99 plus tax. next, our server also told us it was a 10 minute wait. cool! we ordered at 8:19, but our food was not done until 8:50. 30 minute wait for 2 dishes. it wasn't even busy so i don't know why it took so long. this was very disappointing as we were on a trip, and now we were 20-30 minutes behind. if i had known it was gonna be a 30 minute wait initially i would've ordered somewhere else. my burrito came with beans after i specifically ordered the one without beans. and my girlfriend's enchilada chicken looked pink & questionable. i guess all i can say is the potatoes were good. i called the store after i left to ask how much each item was, & all they could say was the online website is outdated. how was i supposed to know that, and why did they never tell me my total & just charged my card? also sucks that the receipt doesnt tell me already how much each item was, just the total. the girl also initially gave me my food & said have a good day without charging me, but i was honest & said oh i didnt pay yet. i wish i never paid & i wish i never stopped here. would've rather got mcdonalds at this point.

A lot of places incorporate different cultures and heritage into creating the identify of the barbecue. Some have Mexican influences, some Ethiopian, etc. AND have some dish that the pitmaster places on the menu because that is the taste of home. I genuinely love those dishes. That's a taste that takes me back to my childhood growing up Japanese. That's my rant. Eating this meal took me there and more. I'm a sucker for a great brisket and this brisket brings you in and it gets the people coming. The flat iron was wonderfully executed and I honestly love this cut and fall in love with it every place I get it. The perfect balance of meaty and sticky goodness. Both of these meats with the curry rice though! That's the winning combo for me. I also regret not trying the sauce with any meats. By the time I had scarfed the meats and noticed the sauce it was too late. I did take the barbecue cause like a shot though and the smooth sweetness from what I found out from talking being honey is a perfect combo with the meat that many other patrons spoke highly of. For me, ladle up another bowl of curry with some of that delicious meat.
