I'm in Florida received a court order from New Jersey for a case where my wages are already being garnished. Even so the court was asking me to pay a lum sum or threatening to throw me in jail. He asked me to send him the information from the Florida court. He called me within a few hours and began to reprimand me as if I was a "bad guy". He then asked me why are you complaining obviously you must have the money if you are consulting a lawyer. Unbelievable!!!! He didn't even know the back story of the relationship between the mother and I. She decided to leave. Didn't want to marry me and then puts me on child support 6 years later when I decide to move on with my life and start a family.
