My friend bought a very cute side table they had redone for 85.00 and is having a dresser she owns redone for slightly over a hundred. There are lots of fabrics and they are available for home visits. I liked it so much that I was very dismayed to see a dog there when we visited. I get it, you don't have much foot traffic but a dog just doesn't belong in the public part of a business. Granted, it was a tiny, extremely quiet and well behaved dog who went immediately to sleep. But I haven't brought my daughter back here because she has such severe dog allergies. Please keep the dog in the office part! I do plan a return visit and sure hope there aren't any dogs to greet me, no matter how cute and well behaved they are.

I asked if she had anything that had hummingbirds on it and she quickly suggested a few options. She asked my budget and showed me one of the loveliest table cloths I have ever seen. She said it was over my budget but she'd give it to me to meet my budget. I bought something else for my sister and she even took a few dollars off of that for me. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and even put it in a nice gift box for me with tissue paper. I would recommend this store to anyone in or visiting the Frankfort area. I received a text from owner, saying after plants were installed, my total was $540! I was told prior I would get a say or input on design choices when they were planted- the women came while I was gone, which is fine, but prior to that no options were given. Just a price- which I did approve. When I asked why this was so high I was told Two hours for labor and additional taxes. Really? My ring door bell shows she was here less than 20 min. I should have been informed there would be add ons (labor, taxes) during the quote. That would be the professional business and honest thing to do. Clearly the owner does not value my business because I was told to bring the plants back and leave them back the back door. What a waste of my time. Do not recommend this business for poor customer service and appreciation. Shame

You know that roll of ribbon you buy, take that, put the wholesale price on it and then wack off 1/2 the cost. Seriously worth the drive. AND I did. It is 1 hour out of Chicago. Tons of ribbon and mesh and well everything. I hear, but I don't know, the fall version has more. I left with so much stuff my hybrid was packed to capacity. Here is the funny part. Instead of a cart they give you a box with a plastic bag attached. Yep just drag that puppy around. I filled a few of those in different sizes. No need to judge, I am going thru a phase. The workers were sooo helpful, but I went on a weekday and I closed the place down. It was about the size of a basketball court. I did not measure because it was so exciting. This is gucci of crafting. As stated I closed the place down, so they helped me load the car. If you can join the facebook page and watch for the sale and go during the week. Prices seemed reasonable. The only issue I had is, as I walked around, one of the, I'm guessing, owners seemed to be following me around. It made me slightly uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if she was afraid I would break something, going to steal, or going to make a mess! When I went to check out, the two ladies at the counter weren't exactly friendly. They both seemed distracted and when I tried to make reasonable small talk, not being overly friendly or anything, just saying I was new to the area and my sister would love the store. They didn't respond and just handed me my receipt and bag. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything. I can understand being busy, I've worked retail before. I just think politeness goes a long way. To top it off, they forgot to put something in my bag that I had bought. Luckily the one woman was nice enough to track me down and give it to me. That was at least a kind gesture. I'm going to chalk it up to stressful day and I will visit again in the future.
