I cannot say enough good things about PA Katie McDonald. From the moment I walked in, I felt…read moregenuinely heard, respected, and cared for--something that is unfortunately rare in women's healthcare. She took the time to truly listen, never rushed the appointment, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism, compassion, and knowledge created a safe, judgment-free environment and made what can often be an uncomfortable visit feel empowering and reassuring. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found a provider who treats patients as people, not just appointments. Katie sets the standard for what quality women's healthcare should be. I highly recommend Katie!

I got extreme post-partum and they helped figuring out what medication I needed. Then I got divorced, my insurance changed. You let me pay cash and that went on for awhile. Then I get a call that said "sorry, we can't accept cash anymore so we can't make any more appointments for you. I was upset and said well how am I going to get my medications filled, the girl in the office said I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. I asked if I could speak to the doctor that was seeing me and she said I'll let her know to give you a call. No call. I called again and left a voicemail. Nothing. No response. So I ran out of sertraline and had to just quit. I would think they would understand what that can do to someone. I was shocked that a doctor's office would do that. I don't need to let you know all the side effects I received as a result of that. They don't care about people, only about getting paid.
