Today was not one of my better days emotionally or physically, and I came into my PCP appointment…read morefeeling completely burnt out. Before even seeing my provider, Stephanie Mackey, MA, made such a difference in my experience. Her patience, calm presence, compassion, and genuine care immediately shifted the energy of what had been a very difficult day. She took the time to get me situated, listened with kindness, and made me feel seen as a person -- not just another patient checking in. In healthcare, those moments matter more than people realize, and Stephanie's professionalism and warmth truly stood out. I'm deeply grateful for the comfort and reassurance she provided during a rough day. Thank you for having someone like her on your team.

I've been trying to get a simple form filled out for my employment onboarding and after nearly a month of calling and messaging nearly every day, I still haven't received it. Despite repeatedly explaining that this form is required for me to begin work, every time I call I'm told they'll "send a message" to the person responsible. Nothing ever happens after that, absolutely no updates, no follow-through, and no sense of consideration. As someone who has worked in healthcare, I would never put a patient through this. The lack of communication and basic respect from the office staff has been frustrating and honestly unacceptable. It's a shame, because the clinical care was excellent, but the administrative side is severely lacking.

It's hard to find good caring doctors who are kind, warm, and positive. I had moved here just last…read moreyear, and I had symptoms related to hormones. Previous doctors just told me that I just needed birth control, but I knew there is much more than just that as these symptoms grew worse and worse where I could focus anymore because of my migraines and my days grew more and more grey. I was recommended to come here by one of my coworkers, and I have to say I am throughly impressed how caring and thorough they are when it comes to a lot of your health concerns. Although for new patients, booking an appointment doesn't get you in right away. I believe for me and someone else who I had recommended to, we had to book it a month in advance, but once you make the first visit, coming back for more visits should be easy where they'll be able to see you ASAP. I was first seen by Dr. Katherine Schmitz who was sweet and willing to listen and work through with you. I think without her, I wouldn't be as healthy (or healthier) as I am today. She is NOT those types of doctors who just shrug you off and prescribe you something because she "has a feeling" it might bee this and push you out the door. She took her time, didn't rush me, made me feel extremely safe, and listened attentively. She had me get a blood tests to gather data like a true doctor should and look through intensively. Days later, she called me, calm but warm and patient making sure I felt safe and okay and was willing to answer ANY questions and express any feelings I had after she told me there are some concerns which she suggested to see a specialists and went out of her way to recommend specialists who are just like her where they were also professional and caring as well. I enjoy talking to some of the other doctors as well whenever I had a bit of an emergency call really late at night. I don't exactly remember her name, but I really enjoy her sense of humor and her chirpy personality which puts me so much more at ease. Thank you everyone for always putting a smile on my face whenever I go through such a stressful medical situation and calling me back ASAP after hours. You definitely set the new standards of how doctors should be which is to be always caring, warm, welcoming, and also gathering data after hearing our concerns making us feel safe that we can always rely so much on you.

I'm a new patient at Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center as of May 2021. I've been into the office…read moretwice so far, and have had positive experiences in person on both occasions. The first was for an annual check up, which was very easy to schedule over the phone. At the end of this appointment, I tried to schedule a follow up appointment for some bloodwork and a vaccination. I was told that you cannot make appointments in-person and had to do so online, which I found a bit frustrating because I prefer making my follow ups while there so I don't forget. After my first visit, I was sent information via email regarding how to sign up for their online portal. I did so and attempted to make the follow up appointments I needed, sadly the website is tricky to navigate, and the "services" I needed, did not appear as options for me to select while scheduling. Five months later... I finally got around to calling and was able to make the appointment over the phone but learned that they no longer do bloodwork in house. I was easily able to schedule my vaccination appointment with options as early as the same day and next day. This week I arrived early by for my 8:15 AM appointment. I was seen about 10 minutes late, but that's fine. I was provided with paperwork regarding the vaccination I was receiving and then administered the vaccine. This process took about 10 minutes start to finish. After leaving, I realized that I do not have a follow up appointment scheduled yet, and will need one. I plan to call sooner than later to ensure I don't go another five months without returning. I've found the staff members to be kind and professional. I really liked Molly Lee, who did my annual as she was thorough and informative. In a perfect world, I'd be able to schedule my next appointments while there in person.
