She apologized and offered to give me her next available Appt, which unfortunately, didn't fit my schedule. I called her back 3 days later and explained my situation in more detail. Sally didn't hesitate, she made it work and did all 3 dogs during a time she normally doesn't work. Dropped the dogs off at 2pm and returned at 5pm to get them. Wow, did they look awesome, all 3 were beautiful and happy as can be. You can tell within minutes of talking to Sally, whether it be on the phone or in person, she loves animals. You can rest assured that while they are in her care, they will be treated with the utmost kindness and love. I can't thank her enough for the work she did and the circumstances she worked through for me. If you are able to employ Sally to groom your puppies, you will feel like it is a gift, rather than a job.

Was charged $263 incomplete lab ranges, and the doctor follow-up Consisted of bloodwork emailed to me as if I'm supposed to know how to read them. Management refused to discuss the matter or respond to emails. I did receive a call from Sandy. She was extremely rude, literally screamed over me instead of having a conversation. I asked for the exam to be refunded $65 due to them not weighing him. I was told that after they took his blood he was too worked up. And they were afraid he would bite. I refused the vaccine so they used that as their excuse. Even if he was vaccinated that day and bit them the vaccine would not have any effect. Just like any vaccine, it doesn't work instantly after the jab. Kind of scary that a vet wouldn't know that. Weight is taken initially not after the invasive part of the exam anyway. I really liked this place. I thought that I had finally found a place that cares about animals and not just the money. I will be contacting the Veterinary board next. This all seems very silly over $65 or just doing the right thing. I'm legitimately trying to take care of my pets and these places make so difficult.
