Don't let the one-star review from someone else fool you. These are great People. They have a…read moresolid 5 star rating on FaceBook with over a dozen reviews. Jared (spelling?) picked up my brother's motorcycle after a crash. He took great care loading and storing it and the pickup/payment was very smooth with zero hassles. Everyone there also showed great concern for my brother, who was seriously injured. It was nice to have a trustworthy group of people to deal with in a situation like that - one less thing to worry about on a very traumatic day.

Do NOT go there!! Awful!…read more We have been taking our cars there for a few years only because it's close to our home and we can drop our car off after hours. On a Saturday, we were visiting a friend (an hour away from home) when the car wouldn't start. The battery was less than a year old and I had just put in an alternator myself, so I was thinking it was the starter. We tried a jump and a battery charge to no avail. My friend called a nearby tow truck, and I asked them to drop it off at Nachreiner's. The "not-too-bright" receptionist called to say there was nothing wrong. No talking to the actual mechanic here, I guess. I told them again to put in a starter. They called to say the starter was in and everything checked out. On the drive home, the 'check engine' light came on! I called to say I'm bringing it back and I wanted them to put in a battery, since it's under warranty. She did not check on the warranty before we drove back there. She then informed me that she would not honor the warranty since it was "about to expire"(!) Really?! That means it's not expired and still under warranty. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy an extended warranty! Well, I guess not if you won't honor it. The woman acts overly friendly (ugh, no thanks) while trying to get as much money from you as they can. Obviously, they are incompetent. I'm done with them. I should have know from what happened the last time I was there for break pads. I told the dunce at the counter that I already had some brake pads and I would leave them in the front seat, and I also told the mechanic this. Guess what? They ignored my box of brake pads and put on new ones (and charged me for it). Come on, I told 2 people! Whoever got in the car to move it (maybe it was the dim-whit woman) must have seen the box on the front seat. I was upset about that and should have told them they made a mistake, and I should have never took my car there after that. I am done! So, I am warning everyone to stay STAY AWAY! Your car won't get fixed, but they'd be happy to charge you.

I will say. I was satisfied with my service the first 4 times. How ever earlier this week. I took…read moremy 2011 Lincoln Navigator in for a front end brake job. They decided that my rotors needed to be replaced not turned. The mechanic took the callipers off the vehicle. Opening the brake fluid system to open air. I was lead to the mechanic bay to see the parts. So yes I know they took the callipers off for a fact. They returned my car to me. So I figured it was fixed. Before I got out of the parking lot the brake light came on. So I bought brake fluid and topped it off. Before I was half a mile a way. The brake light was on again. I took it back and told them they left some thing loose. When the mechanic was told to check his work. His response was it was a simple brake job. There was no need to check the brake fluid level. When you take the callipers off the vehicle it is no longer a simple brake job and there is definitely a need to bleed the brakes. After an hour they determined the master cylinder back seal went bad. So I would need to pay another $618.00 to get it fixed. Personally if it could have been driven I would have taken it home and fixed it myself. But I had to barrow the money to get the brakes. The master seal went bad by they're actions. Either do to incompetence or on purpose. So double check they're work if you can.

My son on Feb. 6th 2026 at about 4:30am needed a tow as he ended up on the side of an on ramp (I do…read morenot say a ditch because it was not one). But he was about 10-15 feet from the side of the road. Called AAA and was set up with a tow truck company coming to his rescue (or so I thought). FLT took the response and well from there it was awful. First, took over an hour to get to him. Then once the driver got there he saw my sons ford fiesta (not much bigger than a matchbox car) and told him that he needed to use a "special equipment?" to get him out and that he needed to pay $642.01 before he could assist. I immediately called AAA and had someone on the phone along with my son and AAA received the update directly from my son. They advised at that time they couldn't do anything but that he could submit the bill back to AAA and they would "consider" if they would reimburse him. I needed my son out and safe, so I told him to pay it because we didn't know any better. My son took pictures of where he was and how the driver did not need to do anything special. FLT took advantage of my son and his need for assistance. And had I known better, I would have told him to tell the driver "no thank you" and just called another company to assist. But since we belong to AAA I figured we needed to do what was being instructed. Thank god AAA was on the phone when all this was happening. My son sent all the documentation to them and they refunded him fully! We have learned a big lesson!! I hope to never need this tow company again. Beware, they like to overcharge (probably because they saw a young kid and figured they could get away with it). So happy that AAA agreed!!
