Each lane has a dinosaur bowl ramp for bowlers who need bowl ramp. The service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and very nice and friendly. We ordered regular nachos with just cheese, lettuce, sauce, and tomato's. We paid $16 and change with tax included and received water and plastic cups. We had a fun time.

What happened to me personally was even more ridiculous. I ordered a drink, paid for it, and they actually poured the drink out right in front of me before telling me I was "cut off" -- after ONE drink. I was then told that it was "illegal" to serve me two drinks at a time. If there was a legitimate reason they did not want to serve me, they could have simply explained it professionally. Instead, I was made to pay for a drink just to have it poured out in front of me and was treated as though I had done something wrong when I had not even been given the opportunity to have a second drink. The entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Being a manager or server does not give you an excuse to treat paying customers however you want. There are plenty of restaurants and bars where customers can spend their money and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This place will not be getting another dollar from me, and I would encourage management to seriously reconsider how situations like this are being handled by their staff. One of the worst customer-service experiences I've had. Absolutely unacceptable.
