We did not want to take the Sardine packed 4 hour bus or my "New" car through the NYC. Metro traffic jungle. We found A A & D limo on Yelp, after speaking with the manager Bill, we decided that they would be the perfect fit for our needs. Bill was able to taylor fit his service to fit our needs and time frame. Our limo vehicle was a super spacious leather seated black SUV. This would be well-suited for any trip. Our driver's name was Sammy, he was smiling and courteous from beginning to end. He picked us up promptly at 7 a.m. in Flushing, having come from Atlantic City. An air of professionalism and confidence surrounded him, Sammy loaded all our luggage for us. For our comfort he gave us each a bottle of water for our trip. Our journey was was comfortable and smooth, took about 2 &1/2 hours. When we arrived at Caesars Hotel Sammy attended to the Bell service and had our luggage transported to our room. Our return Journey at the end of the week was also effortless and relaxing. Sam circumvented all of the traffic coming home. When I arrived home I saw that my personal vehicle had had a flat Tire. Sammy was wonderful and fixed my flat for us. I thank our driver Sammy, for his most excellent and Professional Service and Highly recommend this service. Perfect for any professional or vacationer looking to take the burden of the drive off their shoulders. Thanks to Sam, Bill and A A & D! They were happy to do the driving for me. JIM D.

The Jitneys were to run in a continuous loop during the time period we rented them. We experienced a number of issues: (1) I rode on the first Jitney leaving Diamond Beach. When I entered the Jitney, I asked the driver if the AC was on, and he said yes. After a few minutes when the guests were profusely sweating, I contacted the leader and told him there was a problem on the Jitney with the AC. He told me that it was hot outside and take time to cool down, even though the Jitbey sat there waiting for us for 20 minutes beforehand. As we continued our journey, my guests continued to sweat with it dripping g off peoples hands and arms it was so hot. The Jitney never cooled down, and I alerted them again that they needed to bring a different Jitney, but I received no response. (2) On the way back at the end of the evening, the same Jitney still was not cool, and its lights flickered from Stone Harbor to North Wildwood where finally the Jitney broke down on the street. My guests had to wait board while the police pushed the Jitney off to the side. Finally after about 30 minutes the second Jitney returned to pick up the stranded guests, most of whom had to order their own Ubers to get home. I can say I was extremely embarrassed for my guests to come into the event dripping from sweat because of the lack of AC on Jitney, but for them to have to get their own transportation back to Diamond Beach was a topper. I can say the second Jitney we rented was cool from the start and did not experience the AC issue the first one did. So, I can safely say it was not the outside temperature causing the issue. I contacted the company on Saturday morning, but I have not received any response.

Tony (the owner) answered, and quoted us $25. Tony was also our cab driver. He was prompt, courteous, and reliable, so we booked them for the ride home, as well. This time it was another driver. He was not quite as prompt, but he was just as courteous and reliable. We plan to continue to use Anthony's AC Downbeach taxi service.
