The customer service was very much lacking as the lady came out to talk to me but kept returning to the mobile phone call she was on. She could not give me a price on the labor and asked me to leave my name and number on a pad and someone would call me. I also had a clipping of my boxwood that seems to have a disease. I needed information as to what the disease was and how to treat it. She stated, "It's a fungus" and walked off, no further information was offered. It is now the end of the week and no call back. No need to call now, I have moved on.

An agreement was made a contract was done and signed a deposit was paid. the job was never done ,the money was kept and never returned , no apology . its ok I'm sure you need the $50 badly may God forgive you and bless you.

I needed new plants to grow back to a privacy fencing and Daniel was very knowledgeable about types of bushes. He recommended plants that are hardy, freeze tolerant and grow quickly. The next day I received a quote which included 6 plants (which were quite sizable) and labor. The price was very reasonable and the plants are from their own nursery and very well grown and healthy. I approved the quote and installation was scheduled quickly. DJ arrived with a work mate and removed my dead scrubs and installed the new bushes. Everything went smooth and DJ made sure I was satisfied with everything. This was one of the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a company from beginning to end. He arrived for the estimate at the appointed day and time. 2. Kyle was honest and informative. I originally wanted my trees topped off but Kyle suggested a heavy trim that would look better and be best for the health of the trees - this saved me $$$. 3. Kyle offered the best price point. I had gotten estimates from two other tree companies and both wanted twice the price for a heavy trim. 4. Kyle and his crew arrived for the job as scheduled, completed the job as described, and cleaned all of the debris from the yard. 5. Kyle came back a few days later to remove one more very large branch that I requested after the original job was completed.- no questions asked.
