Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. On our first, exploratory, trip (simply to explore our options before an "official" house-hunting trip), Gabrielle invested two full days and shared her immense knowledge of local real estate with us. I can't believe how much time and help she provided at that early stage, when we told her we weren't going to be making a purchase that trip. Then, several weeks later after we had our current home under a sales contract, we called Gabrielle on short notice, said we were flying back to Tucson in two days, asked if it would be possible for her to set up appointments to look at 20 or more homes? She somehow did it, helped us find a home that we are thrilled with, and continued to work hard through negotiations and escrow. She's still working hard as we approach close of escrow, and is helping us line up contractors to do a few things to the new house. This is our sixth home purchase in a little over 3 decades, and Gabrielle is the most impressive and helpful realtor we've ever worked with.

My partner is a veteran, so we needed someone who knew all about VA home loans. From the start, Corissa took such good care of us: checking in via email when the search began, calling to check on us, and getting the job done when needed. Corissa got our offer in while she was out of town and worked overtime for us to make sure it was competitive. Throughout the negotiation process, she always explained pros, cons, and gave us her recommendation. I can't tell you how helpful it is to have someone who will be honest and lay out all of the possibilities tied to the choices you have to make when you have never done anything like this before. Another important piece of this process is who your realtor trusts to come in and do your inspection and repairs. I cannot speak more highly of Corissa's choice to use Scott Home Inspection. He was a true professional. Corissa also insisted that our roof and plumbing repairs were to be made by companies that she trusted and had a relationship with, this made me feel very safe in our choices. Her relationship with the plumber came in very handy when they worked overtime for us to get a job done in time to close on time, this was amazing! On a personal note, Corissa is so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She knows this business. She was responsive, always willing to talk or text with us about our questions. We always knew she was going to fight for us and not let something go until it was done correctly and completely. She will not let you settle. Overall, I would highly recommend Corissa, she's the best!

I really appreciate the service of YELP, and use it often. I figured what was the fastest way to simultaneously contact several realtors at once. YELP! As luck would have it a couple responded immediately. I spoke to Nicole within an hour and had an appointment for the next day to meet with her. She was prompt and prepared. We talked through my expectation and what she and her team could do for me. It seemed like a good fit. The market was just getting ready to shift downward and time was of the essence. She was able to hire a painter and a house cleaner for me. Pictures were taken and the house was on the market! Nicole Churchill and her partner Roxie Gallego were nothing short of terrific. Quick to clarify and answer questions, quick to respond. The fact that I was out of state was not an issue, the house was shown and sold. Everything went smoothly. I am very grateful for their professionalism and expertise.
