They spent more time evaluating the job and gave a bid for repairs considerably less than the others. This husband and wife owners have several years of experience in construction and remodeling. They worked three weeks and did an excellent job with replacing sub flooring, joists and installing new wood flooring, tile and vinyl flooring.
