Sadly though, after this meeting customer service was something left to be desired. As requested we sent our bank statements over to the bookkeeper, it's as if it went into a black hole. I've been trying in touch with the office since November to no avail. I've sent over 5 emails to multiple people at the office only receive a reply that someone would be in touch and of course no one called me or emailed me back. Moreover, I called the office serval times since and yet again I'm told that someone would call me back, but receive no response. Two weeks ago I called again I was told that our bookkeeping would be done next week, but of course, we received nothing. I called yesterday to follow up and again, I was ignored. I'm in complete shock how unprofessionally and total disregard we've been shown especially when we were referred to this company. Numerous emails and phone calls have been ignore. I even stopped by the office and of course the bookkeeper was out "sick". I was given no reassurance by the owner or staff that my concerns would be addressed. Due to this, I'm left scrambling on how I'm going to get my bookkeeping and taxes done when I was told thing were being taken care. I trusted them and now I'm stressed and left out to dry.
