Their car wash is a JOKE. I paid $15 for their "premium" car wash and it was one rinse with just watered down soap.

So the employee held open the door for me to go to the bathroom and said there were no toilet seat covers, I said that's okay I'll put toilet paper over the toilet. About 4 minutes later he punched in the code and came in on me while I was going to the bathroom. So when I came out I told him the next time he needs to knock and he said no the next time you need to lock the door, I said how would I know that I needed to lock the door when you have to have a code to come in and you use the code! He said that didn't matter that I needed to lock the door I told him it does matter and not he should not have open the door without knocking and then he said you need to go you need to leave and try to kick me out of the store. But I am here and I have zero gas so I have to fill up at the station and he is refusing service because he walked in on me going to the bathroom. Horrible horrible horrible service now the police are on their way and I am going to file a complaint against him for walking in on me going to the bathroom since he wants to refuse service to me. read more

Do Nottt get ur gas here, they do not supply with receipt & when you try to call them to dispute a transaction that was wrong, the answering machine replies that the mail box is full. This used to be my to go convenience store due to its great location, stop and go gas station, a good working carwash and great snacks for grabs but from now on I won't be stopping here any more because it looks like everything isn't working well, no staff will help, not well maintained, outside it's like a ghetto (no offense), it's like the dirtiest gas station in the Vallejo area or rather the dirtiest Loop store in the Bay Area compared to others that I visited, I'm guessing it's not well managed by whoever the manager that is currently working right now, he's name is Dwayne, he has no customer service, very rude when dealing with customers and or probably needs a training on basic training on handling great customer service! No apologies even half of the pumps aren't working, he just leave you and tell you it's working now even though it isn't, doesn't help or assist customers needs to get their quality products and an excellent service! He doesn't treat regular Loop customers well, I'm one of them so I won't be coming back at this location rather I'll just spend to other place that treats you well or as a Loop family than a rude, disrespectful, no customer service, not well kept or well managed store! Crowded!!!! This Shell gas station can get very very busy and crowded like it was tonight! Was like driving through an obstacle course of vehicles to get to any of their many gas pumps. Inside their mini mart, it looks great. Modern and clean shop carrying everything you expect a convenience store to have. Staff was friendly too. I want to know why you do not have any signs on your restroom doors stating they are closed, yet you are saying no to me, a customer? Your ONLY sign on the outside windows says you don't have enough of the CDV recommended cleaning products but it does NOT say the restroom is closed. The 76 gas station staff, who kindly allowed me to use their restroom twice last week advised me of the following. Take Note: Do you realize it is state code to provide OPEN restrooms to customers when the gas station is within 1 mile from the freeway? You aught to measure your distance. I would guess you are less than 800 feet from the freeway. It was a perfectly nice AM PM, it is bright outside at 5:45p (gets dark at 9p) June 4 2020 and you coldly said no. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MANAGER. I came to get gas, i filled up my tank. Cost me approx $43. Then i purchased a car wash. I keyed in my code and it asked if i wanted to upgrade. I decided i did. So i put my card in and proceeded to follow instructions into the wash. Several minutes later the wash never started. I had to call the staff inside since i was suck inside the car wash at this point. A guy came out and reset everything and took my receipt. The car wash sprayed water only. No soap! And then the air came on. I upgraded to the highest package from the middle package. I walking inside and asked for a refund. The manager said no. And then refused to give me the full amount since i hadn't received a receipt from The terminal entrance to the wash. I am beyond pissed at the lack of help i got after just spending so much money. Haven't been since remodeled. It's always been pretty busy cause it's in such a busy location. Wouldn't spend a dime on gas there because it's so expensive but I did need a car wash so I decided to check it out. Upon arrival there were a few cars ahead of me so it wasn't that long of a wait. At the payment kiosk, you got a few options, ranging from certain washes, tire clean etc. I picked the most expensive one which was 11 bucks and decided to hope for the best. You have to move your car according to a green and fed light. Pretty simple and didn't take long. When I arrived home I couldn't believe how great my car looked, I hadn't washed it in months and it was just gross. But now she sparkled like new and I wasn't disappointed. Enter my code and pull in. The machine does one cycle of wash and rinse them the green "get out!" lights come on. Where's my wax? Where's the $11 ultimate wash? This is a very good place for drinks food ice cream... you name it they have it. Ever since they rebuilt it they have more features than before. Pizza and sandwiches on the go, I think so! Never really had to wait for a gas pump because they all work. Its open 24 hours unlike some other gas stations. Located next to the I-80 freeway so very convenient to get gas if you're headed somewhere bit forgot to gas up until the last minute (that's me) Don't forget to sign up for their fuel rewards. I spend a lot of money at this place...and today, 5/26/18 around 6pm was served by a Mexican girl(forgot her name) but she went above and beyond in being as UNHELPFUL AND RUDE as a cashier can be. This gas station was super crowded for having regular Shell gas prices. I had to circle several times before a pump opened up. As another reviewer mentioned, the pump does not fuel both sides even though that is what is advertised and some of the pumps are out of order. I found the pricing misleading where gas with car wash is posted where other stations post their cash price, although this appears to be a common practice of local Shell stations. There is no cash discount. The lines inside to pay with cash were very long with only one cashier working. Be careful of middle aged men trying to bum gas and/or money off of you at night when walking from where cars park in front of the convinience store to your car. I think this one of the more aggressive solicitations from a person that was obviously not homeless, as I really don't know why someone in a new car needed for you to buy them gas. If you get followed to your car by such an individual trying to get gas off of you, it would be a good idea to get your money and go to the Valero on the other side of the street instead. read more

Meh, it's just another has station. Again I only come here because it's convenient location. I'm careful not to come here at night too often and always make sure my doors are locked and that my transaction is complete, as there have been numerous credit card thefts. There are homeless people who hang around by the trees so be wary of your surroundings. Half the time the pumps don't work and when they do sometimes they inadvertently stop pumping gas so I have to manually stand there pumping and clicking, pumping and clicking. One time as my bf was trying to pump gas he pressed the bottom to choose his octane and before he could even insert the nozzle into the gas tank it started spraying gasoline everywhere! Downside is no restrooms and really small drink/snack section, though, so if you're looking to fill up/get snacks/use the bathroom, your best bet is to try a different station. I come to this gas station almost every morning. It's not to get gas but to buy my "treats&toxins" which is an energy drink and some danishes. Plus this is the closest gas station on my way to work. The guy in the wheel chair sees me so often that all he has to cue me with is 2&2. I process that at 3am in the morning and it's a yup'. Today I had the worst experience at your location: 708 Admiral Callaghan Ln vallejo, ca 94591 at pump number 9, at 1:05 pm I put $20 in my tank to get to school in Napa, Ca. When I was pumping gas the latch that holds the gas up went down and wouldn't stay up, the pressure from the gas coming out and the broken latch shot gas all over my body and the interior of my car and the exterior. Which was open because I openeds the gas tank. I had hardly any gas in my car and my car holds 15 gallons. My tank wasn't full and especially after all the gas spilled on my new pants, sweater, to even my steering wheel in my car, and my feet on my slippers. When I told the cashier who was on duty, what happened she looked at the pump and said if it isn't leaking its not broken. This shouldn't have happened at all.
