This is a very good place for drinks food ice cream... you name it they have it. Ever since they rebuilt it they have more features than before. Pizza and sandwiches on the go, I think so! Never really had to wait for a gas pump because they all work. Its open 24 hours unlike some other gas stations. Located next to the I-80 freeway so very convenient to get gas if you're headed somewhere bit forgot to gas up until the last minute (that's me) Don't forget to sign up for their fuel rewards. It can save you up to 25 cents a gallon, it's free with nothing to lose. read more

So crazy! This company's big claim is that they're open 24/7. Drove here specifically needing food, gas, power steering fluid. The place was CLOSED. Lights off. No employees. This was on a Monday night just after midnight. Someone else was there surprised that it was closed. Low star ratings for good reason. And only getting lower. read more

Their car wash is a JOKE. I paid $15 for their "premium" car wash and it was one rinse with just watered down soap.

So the employee held open the door for me to go to the bathroom and said there were no toilet seat covers, I said that's okay I'll put toilet paper over the toilet. About 4 minutes later he punched in the code and came in on me while I was going to the bathroom. So when I came out I told him the next time he needs to knock and he said no the next time you need to lock the door, I said how would I know that I needed to lock the door when you have to have a code to come in and you use the code! He said that didn't matter that I needed to lock the door I told him it does matter and not he should not have open the door without knocking and then he said you need to go you need to leave and try to kick me out of the store. But I am here and I have zero gas so I have to fill up at the station and he is refusing service because he walked in on me going to the bathroom. Horrible horrible horrible service now the police are on their way and I am going to file a complaint against him for walking in on me going to the bathroom since he wants to refuse service to me. read more

Do Nottt get ur gas here, they do not supply with receipt & when you try to call them to dispute a transaction that was wrong, the answering machine replies that the mail box is full. I came here last night & purchased 3 gallons of gas with a $9.00 car wash, by the time I got done pumping the gas, & waited for a receipt which never came out, it's a good thing I had sense enough to check my checking acct becuz it shows I wass charged for a $9 car wash, but wass more then impossible to get, when I called today, It wass impossible for me to get through. And now I have to file a claim with my bank with them... I repeat they do NOT, supply receipts so don't ALLOW them to rip you off read more

This used to be my to go convenience store due to its great location, stop and go gas station, a good working carwash and great snacks for grabs but from now on I won't be stopping here any more because it looks like everything isn't working well, no staff will help, not well maintained, outside it's like a ghetto (no offense), it's like the dirtiest gas station in the Vallejo area or rather the dirtiest Loop store in the Bay Area compared to others that I visited, I'm guessing it's not well managed by whoever the manager that is currently working right now, he's name is Dwayne, he has no customer service, very rude when dealing with customers and or probably needs a training on basic training on handling great customer service! No apologies even half of the pumps aren't working, he just leave you and tell you it's working now even though it isn't, doesn't help or assist customers needs to get their quality products and an excellent service! He doesn't treat regular Loop customers well, I'm one of them so I won't be coming back at this location rather I'll just spend to other place that treats you well or as a Loop family than a rude, disrespectful, no customer service, not well kept or well managed store! The only employee that deserves recognition there is Martha. I think it needs to start by replacing the current manager there named Dwayne that is useless and unhelpful. Bad experience and terrible service from the Manager! Not recommended for customers that wants customer service! Go somewhere else that doesn't look like trash! read more

I want to know why you do not have any signs on your restroom doors stating they are closed, yet you are saying no to me, a customer? Your ONLY sign on the outside windows says you don't have enough of the CDV recommended cleaning products but it does NOT say the restroom is closed. The 76 gas station staff, who kindly allowed me to use their restroom twice last week advised me of the following. Take Note: Do you realize it is state code to provide OPEN restrooms to customers when the gas station is within 1 mile from the freeway? You aught to measure your distance. I would guess you are less than 800 feet from the freeway. It was a perfectly nice AM PM, it is bright outside at 5:45p (gets dark at 9p) June 4 2020 and you coldly said no. If you only realized the emergency I was having when you did this? Sad customer service. DO BETTER!!! Do not give them your money since they really do not care for you. read more

Crowded!!!! This Shell gas station can get very very busy and crowded like it was tonight! Was like driving through an obstacle course of vehicles to get to any of their many gas pumps. Inside their mini mart, it looks great. Modern and clean shop carrying everything you expect a convenience store to have. Staff was friendly too. Despite it being a hassle sometimes to stop here for gas. I will continue to fill up at this station whenever I'm in Vallejo. read more

Amazing with the new renovation. Loop is truly the best experience for people on the go. Happy to see a gas station have a quick car wash option as well. 5th time I have come to this establishment to yet once again, be ignored I understand for safety protocols they lock their doors early but when there's two employees in the store (not working) that blatantly ignore you one walks the back and one doesn't even look up when you're knocking at the window and the door I find that considerably rude clearly you guys do not care about Customer Service and I will not ever spend another dollar at your establishment Maybe it's family owned but you should really consider treating your customers with a little respect. I have heard this from many of my co workers... looking at your reviews Im clearly not the only one who feels this way. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MANAGER. I came to get gas, i filled up my tank. Cost me approx $43. Then i purchased a car wash. I keyed in my code and it asked if i wanted to upgrade. I decided i did. So i put my card in and proceeded to follow instructions into the wash. Several minutes later the wash never started. I had to call the staff inside since i was suck inside the car wash at this point. A guy came out and reset everything and took my receipt. The car wash sprayed water only. No soap! And then the air came on. I upgraded to the highest package from the middle package. I walking inside and asked for a refund. The manager said no. And then refused to give me the full amount since i hadn't received a receipt from The terminal entrance to the wash. I am beyond pissed at the lack of help i got after just spending so much money. Now i must resort to filing a complaint with my credit card company. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. read more

Haven't been since remodeled. It's always been pretty busy cause it's in such a busy location. Wouldn't spend a dime on gas there because it's so expensive but I did need a car wash so I decided to check it out. Upon arrival there were a few cars ahead of me so it wasn't that long of a wait. At the payment kiosk, you got a few options, ranging from certain washes, tire clean etc. I picked the most expensive one which was 11 bucks and decided to hope for the best. You have to move your car according to a green and fed light. Pretty simple and didn't take long. When I arrived home I couldn't believe how great my car looked, I hadn't washed it in months and it was just gross. But now she sparkled like new and I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend Shell car wash! read more

Gas is gas so where they live or die is on services and extra things like a car wash. This place dies on its car wash. I filled up and selected the ultimate "I've got a filthy car" option. Enter my code and pull in. The machine does one cycle of wash and rinse them the green "get out!" lights come on. Where's my wax? Where's the $11 ultimate wash? Go inside to express my unhappiness and you'd think I was asking for a free tanker full of gas the way they reacted. My car got wet, and that seems to be all they care about. Why is it so hard to find a competent car wash in Vallejo? read more

The manager Destiny should go back to customer service training. Rude, lazy and upset that someone asked her a simple question. Thanks again for living up to the terrible reputation Vallejo has. If you didn't want to work there you should have found a job that wasn't at a gas station. When you give an attitude towards customers you make the reputation of your store go down, then people from the neighborhood feel like "eff this store I'm going to go steal from them now" leading a chain reaction to cause people to no longer respect the business. It's simple, treat people the way you would like to. Some people just have no care about anyone but themselves. Just because you're located in Vallejo doesn't mean we have to be subject to rude workers that are mad they have to do their job, smh. read more

I spend a lot of money at this place...and today, 5/26/18 around 6pm was served by a Mexican girl(forgot her name) but she went above and beyond in being as UNHELPFUL AND RUDE as a cashier can be. After using my card to purchase fuel, I went inside to buy a beverage and upon declining once she pretty much chased me out the shop, rudly repeating that it was my card that was no working and the ATM wasn't working and refused to let me try another card. Absolute joke. Very rude and horrible customer service. Am annoyed because of the amount of custome I give this place. read more

Cashiers need learn customer service etiquette. They ignore and are rude to customers. Gas pump won't generate receipt. Car wash that cost $11 (Ultimate) only last LESS than 2 minutes, even though the code was entered after the car ahead of us already drove away. This place is garbage. read more

I used to love this place but recently very rude Employees and Manager!! Who does the hiring? Awful!

I pull up to the only available pump which is unfortunately on the opposite side of my gas tank but hey, it shouldn't be a problem because there are signs everywhere that advertise "long reach hoses", right? WRONG! After entering my payment info and selecting the gas grade, I reach for the pump and grab the hose but I got yanked back because THE HOSE WAS TOO SHORT! What an inconvenience. Loop Neighborhood Market - False advertisement. Go to Costco if you want to pump from both sides. These hoses are NOT long at all!!! - Gas Stations Near Me - Vallejo, California

This gas station was super crowded for having regular Shell gas prices. I had to circle several times before a pump opened up. As another reviewer mentioned, the pump does not fuel both sides even though that is what is advertised and some of the pumps are out of order. I found the pricing misleading where gas with car wash is posted where other stations post their cash price, although this appears to be a common practice of local Shell stations. There is no cash discount. The lines inside to pay with cash were very long with only one cashier working. Be careful of middle aged men trying to bum gas and/or money off of you at night when walking from where cars park in front of the convinience store to your car. I think this one of the more aggressive solicitations from a person that was obviously not homeless, as I really don't know why someone in a new car needed for you to buy them gas. If you get followed to your car by such an individual trying to get gas off of you, it would be a good idea to get your money and go to the Valero on the other side of the street instead. read more

Meh, it's just another has station. Again I only come here because it's convenient location. I'm careful not to come here at night too often and always make sure my doors are locked and that my transaction is complete, as there have been numerous credit card thefts. There are homeless people who hang around by the trees so be wary of your surroundings. Half the time the pumps don't work and when they do sometimes they inadvertently stop pumping gas so I have to manually stand there pumping and clicking, pumping and clicking. One time as my bf was trying to pump gas he pressed the bottom to choose his octane and before he could even insert the nozzle into the gas tank it started spraying gasoline everywhere! Faulty equipment! Our car reeked of gasoline and they wouldn't even offer to give a complimentary car wash. SMH.... read more

If all the Shell stations I've been to, this one is the worst. Credit card machines @ the pumps are all temperamental & in need of an upgrade. Don't bother buying a car wash directly @ the pump unless you plan to use it that day. Otherwise the code will not work Attitudes of attendants are just meh. Layout of pumps are crowded & makes it hard to pass other cars. I only come here bcuz it's on the way to work & next to the freeway. Other than that, this place annoys me. read more

I don't come here for gas. I come here before going to the movie theater down the street. Coca-Cola products are usually 2 for $2.22 and Hershey's king size products are about the same kinda deal. Today I had the worst experience at your location: 708 Admiral Callaghan Ln vallejo, ca 94591 at pump number 9, at 1:05 pm I put $20 in my tank to get to school in Napa, Ca. When I was pumping gas the latch that holds the gas up went down and wouldn't stay up, the pressure from the gas coming out and the broken latch shot gas all over my body and the interior of my car and the exterior. Which was open because I openeds the gas tank. I had hardly any gas in my car and my car holds 15 gallons. My tank wasn't full and especially after all the gas spilled on my new pants, sweater, to even my steering wheel in my car, and my feet on my slippers. When I told the cashier who was on duty, what happened she looked at the pump and said if it isn't leaking its not broken. This shouldn't have happened at all. Your pump is broken if isn't pumping properly. read more
