I went one Tuesday night for a drink after work with colleagues, on our way out of the pub, we passed Reflex and it just seemed like fun so we went in for just one drink and ended up staying till the wee hours of the morning. There wasn't any trouble (on any of the nights I've been there), met lots of nice people, danced and partied and now go back on a regular basis. I've been to a few other 80's themed places as well and they're all usually fun, but I particularly enjoy Reflex more because I like the atmosphere.

We waited almost two hours in the rain, barely moving in line, and I really needed to use the bathroom but kept holding it because we were finally close to the front. My girlfriend handed me my ID, and when I followed her under the line divider to get back in our spot, the security guard saw her give me my ID and still shoved me out of the line with no warning at all. I wasn't trying to cut or cause any issues -- we'd already been waiting the whole time. When my girlfriend tried to ask what was going on, he shoved her too, again without saying a word. It was completely uncalled for and honestly really upsetting. To make things worse, two of our friends went inside and paid extra without even telling us, after we had all waited together. The whole situation was chaotic, unprofessional, and handled terribly. Between the lack of communication, poor organization, and aggressive security, this was one of the worst nights out I've had in London. I have never gotten kicked out of a night club or shoved! WOW
