I was tentative my first visit with the new dentist, but she kept the original staff, so that made me more confident. I have a filling that has been in for 3 years with no problem. She made me a crown last year to replace am existing one. She makes the permanent crown in the office and the price is more economical than the crowns I have had in previous years that required multiple visits. She keeps her office updated with latest technology, such as the machine that makes the crowns and a light that tests for mouth cancer.

A week prior to my appointment I called and requested that the permanent filling be done at the same time. The person I spoke to said yes she added to my record. When I got there (after having to take PTO time from work) they denied they had me scheduled for the filling. They lied and told me 4 weeks ago they put in an order for my new crown that they messed up on and told me it was their fault. Picked it to death to make it even looser. Ended up swallowing it the very next day bc chick put a gallon of that cement down my throat. Then they refused a temporary until o told them I'd have my other jobs insurance by May 1st. So then they were like, ok we will put a temporary on. That has fallen off as well, food gets caked in it. It's rotting and I'm in so very much pain. So I call my insurance company to find out what the problem is.. well Cloudland Dental never forked a single claim for my new crown. Doesn't care at all that I might lose this tooth bc of their absolutely horrifying customer service. I hope you're proud to hurt someone that is vulnerable. (Update I had to get a root canal that cost me $500 out-of-pocket. When you should have fixed it for free and now you cost me more money and I have to go back for a second appointment because it was so infected because of you guys and your lack of care and I should never have to be somebody for temporary. Also, taking another adult human being that is responsible for themselves, which is for $1200 and putting my name on the front of my son Bill. I was only financially responsible for him until he was 18. You people are aware of this correct? he had his own insurance card with his very own name on it so I'm pretty sure it is extremely illegal to take another adult bill and just put it in somebody else's name and them to pay it.
