Town Creek Dentistry was the greatest experience from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and the staff makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. They are ALL friendly! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. The my Dental Hygienist Jaimee made me feel like we were old friends from back home as soon as i walked in and explained each phase of the intake process and what she were doing, answered questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I especially appreciated that there was no feeling of being rushed or pressured--just straightforward, attentive care. Dr. Beeler was extremely easy to talk to and explained every they had found and made sensible suggestions for future appointments. If you're looking for a welcoming dental office in the Lenoir City area, I would definitely recommend Town Creek Dentistry. I was pleasant to change to them and you will be also.

My whole family (me, my husband, and our kiddo) had appointments today and we were so impressed with the thoroughness and quality of care, friendliness of the staff, the advanced equipment, and overall experience with the office. Our hygienists, Summer and Alli (loved you both!), were absolutely fantastic and were especially great with my 4 year old, and Dr. Phelps was very personable as well. Not as important but still appreciated was the beautiful, inviting office space. I could tell how much thought was put into the patient waiting area and it shows through in all the other aspects of the practice. I can honestly say I'm looking forward to coming back in 6 months to see everyone again. Thanks to everyone for a truly great experience.
