My whole experience over the last 12 years.. old owners were great. Actually cared. These are gossip driven hateful women who lie straight to your face, do not care about how much pain I am in. They lied and told me 4 weeks ago they put in an order for my new crown that they messed up on and told me it was their fault. Picked it to death to make it even looser. Ended up swallowing it the very next day bc chick put a gallon of that cement down my throat. Then they refused a temporary until o told them I'd have my other jobs insurance by May 1st. So then they were like, ok we will put a temporary on. That has fallen off as well, food gets caked in it. It's rotting and I'm in so very much pain. So I call my insurance company to find out what the problem is.. well Cloudland Dental never forked a single claim for my new crown. Doesn't care at all that I might lose this tooth bc of their absolutely horrifying customer service. I hope you're proud to hurt someone that is vulnerable. (Update I had to get a root canal that cost me $500 out-of-pocket. When you should have fixed it for free and now you cost me more money and I have to go back for a second appointment because it was so infected because of you guys and your lack of care and I should never have to be somebody for temporary. And thanks for causing me to go into sepsis. You all are absolutely the worst most unprofessional business and you should be shut down immediately. Also, taking another adult human being that is responsible for themselves, which is for $1200 and putting my name on the front of my son Bill. I was only financially responsible for him until he was 18. You people are aware of this correct? he had his own insurance card with his very own name on it so I'm pretty sure it is extremely illegal to take another adult bill and just put it in somebody else's name and them to pay it. He got well after he turned 18, you guys are really making this so easy for my lawyer. read more

Just moved to TN, and they are near where I work. Called to make an appointment, they had me in the next day at 8am! That was fast! They sent me all the forms to fill out to my cell phone, so everything was complete when I arrived. I waited no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and was sown in. Had x-rays, teeth checked, cleaned, and looked at by the Dentist. I had come in because I thought I had a cavity, and I knew I had a bad crown. (Told so by last dentist) After looking at my teeth, the Dentist said there are some inclusions, but not to worry about it until it needs to be done. What a refresher to be told I don't need the work done yet, than other dentists that want to drill everything for more $. Everyone was super nice. Was a great visit! read more

Drove an hour for an appointment which was scheduled months ago, had to take pto time off from work in order to do so. I arrived an hour early as my appointment time nears i recieve a call from the office to rescedule my appointment bc the Dr wants to go home. i informed them ive taken time off from work and am sitting in the parking lot i walk in the door and magically the "Dr" has already gone home (mind you no cars came or went the entire time i have been there, suprise they were lying) mind you ive done thousands of dollars business with them. I then for obvious reasons refuse to schedule another appointment and upon calling to ensure i owe them nothing and let them know i will not return, im basically told were here if you need us.... 10/10 will not do business with them ever again. read more
