I had my first facial in September for my birthday which included the signature facial with dermaplaning and a hydro jelly mask add-on. Then, I had the "perfect brows" treatment in October which includes lamination, tint, lift, and waxing. I have another facial and brow appointment scheduled for next month after being so thrilled with the outcomes of my two previous appointments. This salon is so comfortable, warm, and relaxing and Lex is such a sweetheart. She also has monthly specials and does makeup for weddings, events, holidays, etc. I've been so happy with my results so far and look forward to continuing with the self-care my skin needs.

She arrived 25 minutes late, and the first thing she said was: "You aren't getting married today, right?" -- despite the fact that I had already confirmed all the details with her and paid a $105 deposit. From the moment she started, the experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable: She got glitter all over my face, hair, body, and even my house. My insp pic had barley any glitter. She did not follow my inspo photo at ALL. I clearly told her multiple times that I needed red lipstick, and she still used a different color. She used zero mascara, and a lipstick pencil as my eyeliner.. and the look was supposed to be a smoky eye. FAR FROM IT. She didn't bring eyelash glue, so I had to DoorDash it on my own wedding morning. She took far too long, had me sitting awkwardly and uncomfortably against a window, and even had me hold her phone so she could film herself doing my makeup -- completely unprofessional. She kept breathing heavily in my face while doing my makeup, and repeatedly bumped her stomach against my body, which made the entire process even more uncomfortable. She began doing my hair before finishing my makeup & even tho I told her we were way behind and I was supposed to have LEFT ALREADY, she still took her time and demanded pictures of me. The whole time she was asking me to "please not leave a bad review," while continuing to take too long. The results were terrible: My hair was not at all what I asked for, and the makeup was so far from the inspo photo that we ended up washing all of it off. I did my makeup in the car on the way to my own wedding because I had no other choice. To make it even worse, before she left, we had to pay her another $100, meaning I paid $205 total -- for stress, discomfort, being late to my own wedding, and ultimately having to do my own makeup. This was an extremely disappointing experience with very poor professionalism and skill. I will also mention that when asked why she did not do my red lipstick she told my sister that it was because she was doing what she wanted to take for pictures and would fix my lipstick after - after I already walked off from her, was super late, and specifically told her I DID NOT HAVE TIME and to do red. She got there late at 8:25am and left at 10:42am.. I was supposed to leave my house fully dressed and ready at 10:15am. I do NOT recommend.

Ler me preface, my fiancee decided to try Tiana as she was recommended by a highly reviewed make up…read moreartist who was already booked for our wedding date. We arrived at 8:50am for a 9am appointment. I walked my fiancee to the door to make sure Tiana's house was safe and to my surprise she had a 4 month old and 6 year old at her entrance. Which we were not informed about prior. I assumed that Tiana had a husband or babysitter available while she did my fiancee's hair and makeup trial. I felt it was safe and then I went to grab coffee and was told it only only take 1:30 for her make up and hair. Fast forward to 10:50AM 2 hours later and I pick up my fiancee who's hair hasn't been done and whose make up looks very messy to say the least. In any case, she did not complete the trial in the 2 hours that she promised. I bring $100 in cash as Tiana said she preferred cash as she didn't have her square set up. I give her the cash and ask for change and she says she has no change and to pay later online. I personally don't like owing people so I gave her the full $100 to keep. Next as we're in the car rushing to our cake tasting as Tiana went over by 30 minutes and only did make up, my fiancee and I take a closer look at her make up and find that it's completely uneven (eye liner), the eye lash extensions haven't been cut properly and the foundation is extremely blotchy and blown out. My fiancee said that she showed Tiana photos of the contoured look that she wanted but Tiana didn't have a babysitter and was extremely distracted. End result being we feel we wasted $100 on a trial run that was done by an amateur. As a professional would have not let anyone pay and leave with the job she had done. Additionally, a professional would hire a babysitter to watch her kids while she's working with a paying client. Finally, as a word of caution we both agree that a professional wouldn't spend 2 hours on a quoted 45 minutes botched make up job. Anyways all of that being said my fiancee told Tiana via email we decided not to go with her and she admitted to it not being her best and offered another trial this time free of charge. While I commend this and appreciate it (the reason for 2 stars instead of 1), a professional never should have let us pay if they won't proud of their work. End result. Try Tiana at your own risk, I think she'd be fine for prom or sweet 16 make up but definitely not wedding make up.

Usually I need a fill at the 2, sometimes 3, weeks mark as they start to appear "patchy". I went to Tiana for the first time a few months ago and OMG what a game changer!!! I will never go to anybody else! At 3 weeks, it didn't even look like any of my extensions had fallen out! I was so surprised. They even looked good at 4 weeks! I save so much money for quality work since I've been going to Tiana. Right now she doesn't have her own studio so her 2 adorable kids are home sometimes. But I don't mind at all for the quality of work she does, I can't get it anywhere else for less than $100! Her price is right, her home is clean, and her kids are well behaved. I will continue to drive all the way from the OC to see my Lash girl every month.
