He immediately took our coats and asked what type of beverage we would like (tea, coffee or wine). Yesss...I'm liking him already. We had to complete some paperwork and was then was escorted to the Zen room. We each sat, drank and chatted away until it was time for our appointments. We all were taken about the same time for our treatments which was good. I went with the deep tissue massage. My masseuse Christine was awesome. She ask me if I had any questions or any areas that she wanted her to work on. I explain my aliments which were my calf's and the heels of my feet from my workout in the gym. Christine worked on those areas and gave me suggestions on things I could do at home to alleviate some of the pain. After noticing the lack of effectiveness, I contacted the business multiple times to address the issue and seek a resolution.(called at 5, days at 10 days and then seen at 14 days) At 14 days I was given 5 units and paid for 4 more units. Despite making several good-faith attempts--including returning for follow-up visits--the customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately refused any corrective treatment, refund, or reasonable explanation. The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.

The day of the surgery that I had which was a tummy tuck, Dr. Stratis called me that night. And left me with his cell phone number. When I had a question, I would text him and within a couple of minutes he got back to me. I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Stratis and his work. He's truly an artist and the best at what he does. I'm have so much confidence in him that I have referred him to several friends and family. He also has great bedside manner, and his nurse Ashley was amazing as well. Everyone is very upbeat and very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Stratis and his staff. They are all a class act!
