Look Dine-In Cinemas of Redlands, California is across from or very near a lot of local DTRL favorites such as Redlands Public Market, J Riley Distillery, Las Fuentas Grill, Escape Craft Brewery. Fun place to watch Marty Supreme, Oscar Nominated flicks and a diverse assortment of others. Easy vast parking. Accessibility throughout for any and all. Love the dine in aspect and competitive prices ranging from Child to Adult to Senior. Kids under two are free, though it's pretty hard to take a newborn or one year old to a movie theatre. Much like Cinemark, AMC and others Look Dine-In offers and Infinity Club monthly (or annual) membership with unlimited movies -- up to one ticket per day. Also with 20% off food, non-alcoholic beverages (though they do offer adult beverages at full price from their bar), $2 off one additional ticket... per day! And a lot more. Since I'm not a frequent "Look-er" I haven't take advantage of this perk. However if there were more locations throughout SoCal I would absolutely consider it. For eats they do note that menu items may vary between locations. Grateful for their Hummus which comes with celery, carrots and toasted flat bread. Impossible Burger, sides, snacks and various Mocktails (also cocktails), speak to me as well. Spent the day out here, but without my charger, so pics to come next time! Open everyday as early as 11AM or by 1PM daily until the last film show of the night. They have a location in Glendale, CA I'm hoping to check out soon and compare. Even though $5 Tuesdays is a thing of the past, this is still my preferred local theatre. Tickets cost $6.50 on Tuesdays now, which is a small enough price increase that I don't really mind. Still worlds cheaper than even most theatres' matinee offerings. I saw Zootopia 2 opening night. It was clean although the seats weren't the most comfy. They don't recline very much, and the leather on most of them is heavily cracked/peeled. This location is pretty chill overall. They rarely have anyone checking tickets (I really only recall them doing it once for Infinity War many years ago). You can choose to order food and have it delivered to your seat, but they aren't pushy about it at all, which is nice. I usually eat somewhere else and then come here afterwards because Look's offerings are expensive but just mid taste-wise. The smell of fried stuff fills the room really fast so it can definitely be tempting to want to partake though! read more

The pricing has gotten way too out of hand for food and dining. The theaters themselves could use a renovation big time. Parking is a little confusing with their rules and signs and QR codes. An insult to cinema and filmgoers. I asked three different employees to focus our showing of Guillermo Del Toro's FRANKENSTEIN, the opening subtitles were blurred and faces hazy. ...to no avail. LOOK promises to be a beautiful movie palace serving drinks and food, but terribly marred by poor technical equipment and/or know how. They refunded my ticket after they failed at focusing. I gave them my number in case they want to hire someone who could raise the quality. That we all have TVs and Dolby sound systems at home better than these projectors and screens means they need to up their ante where filming concerned. First off the chairs look like they were picked up from the street corner. My chair doesn't have the ability to scan or call for service. I saved money to come watch Alvie and order food. They charged me an 18% living wage fee without telling me on the kiosk. They said it's for employees and the operation. Why is it my job to pay for a living wage? That should be the company paying their employee the right wage to start. Also if it goes to operations and infrastructure then why do these seats look like cats been clawing at them. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be coming back. Seats are old and peeling, and despite the efforts of staff, the floors are dirty most everywhere. Their food is also mediocre. Went to watch a movie at the Look and it was terrible. The screen glitched and the top half of the movie was black and when I brought it up to their attention, they said that it happens and can't be fixed. It was a terrible experience. I hated the fact that I couldn't see the top of the actors faces/ the whole top of the movie. Very disappointed on the answer plus no solution as well. Seats are dirty and old, very uncomfortable. It has been a while since I watched a movie here. It is a nice and clean movie theater. The seats are comfy and recline, but not a power recliner and they are a little worn/dated. The service was great. The gentleman who we bought tickets from was welcoming, informative, and had a great work ethic and customer service. He walked me us through validating the free ( for movie theater patrons) parking online. The restrooms were clean. The movie screen and sound are what one should hope for and expect. I have the infinity pass here and we come very often. We never really get food because it's pretty pricey but we decided to splurge today. It took forever to get our meal. The pizza was not good. I didn't even wanna eat it tbh. It was hard and didn't really taste like it was fully cooked. My husband got the deep fried Oreos and he liked them but I thought they were pretty greasy. I'd say the only good thing to eat here is the popcorn but sometimes it's stale. The only reason this place deserves a 3 star is because their service is really good. Wow, this place has gone to the dumps! What once used to be a grand, cheerful theater when it was Krikorian, has now turned into a dirty, very neglected theater. To begin with the website was not user friendly. It kept defaulting the search to a location in Bedford, Texas. Once I chose tickets, it prompted me to create a username and password and when I went back I had to find seats again but this time didn't notice it had redirected me to Bedford, Texas again. When I noticed I tried to email and the email address it gives in the confirmation did not work. When I got to the location I intended on going to in California the staff didn't know how to handle the discrepancy. On top of that the parking is a paid parking lot so you have to register your car if you want to get it validated by the theatre. The seats and theatre itself are not kept up. There was Popcorn on the floors at the start of the movie. Lastly, the popcorn we got was burnt. Overall, the whole experience was horrible. Would not recommend. read more

As an Infinity Club member, I love the ability to enjoy a movie every day with the membership--it's a fantastic deal for the price. However, the theater has no app and all tickets must be purchased on their website. An email will be delivered with a QR code, but if you're like me digging through an inbox can be painful. Ticket services can always look up your booking and print a ticket for you but who has time for that when you're running late? Just me? The lobby and bar are also standout features, offering a great atmosphere to hang out before or after the show. However, the in-theater experience could use some serious improvements. The seats are outdated and worn to the point that the seat numbers are almost impossible to read. The push recliners are disappointing; they don't recline to a comfortable position (think coach airline seat recliners levels), which makes long movies less comfortable. Another downside is the 20% off concessions perk. It feels useless when an automatic 20% gratuity is added to all orders. The discount is essentially canceled out, making it more of a marketing gimmick than a real benefit. Overall service is also a point of contingency. We've had to send out an S.O.S. for our food and drink 45 minutes into a movie. Other times, our drinks arrive well after the food. Imagine walking through a desert chomping on popcorn with no water! PARCHED! Arrive early to scan a QR code located at the ticket desk. You may have to military crawl to the front of the line if you already have tickets. There is literally ONE QR code sign. Next, you have to guess the discount code to get free parking (or you can murder yodel from the back of the line to get it from a ticket agent). Finally, memorize your license plate. You'll need it to register your car to avoid being towed. For the price of the membership, I can't complain too much, but I'd love to see upgrades to the seating and a more meaningful concessions discount. Improving the in-theater experience would make Look Dine-In Cinema an unbeatable deal. read more

Yo. This place is so gross! I decided to stay more local to avoid Mtn. Grove during the Christmas rush but it was a mistake. First off, the seats were gnarly and not in the Gen X rad way. Funky, janky, nasty etc. I was so grossed out I couldn't even focus on the movie and immediately took off my clothes to wash them as soon as I got home. The sound in the theater was also awful. I felt like my 1988 Jetta with a pull out Blaupunkt stereo had better sound! We sat towards the top and I felt like Grandpa Simpson going "huh?!?" every few seconds because I couldn't hear. The place was funky minus the James Brown. No thanks! The only reason I gave it 1 star was the giant portrait of the gentleman who worked there on the wall. He was a cool ass human. Respect. Have been infinity passholders for the last few years and have slowly seen the Redlands Theatre dwindle. Not a huge surprise that they have closed their doors for good on February 1, 2026. From what I've heard there was absolutely no warning for the employees as well as us patrons---- that really angers me! I would assume there was no severance and now 50+ people are out of work. (Not to mention the other employees at Monrovia and Downey). We also just renewed our infinity passes (6 of them at $199 each) at the beginning of the year and cannot seem to get anybody on the phone to inquire about refunds, even if they are prorated. This place has really gone downhill. The chairs, armrests, and trays are peeling and look old and dirty. Two adult tickets and one child ticket cost $47.10, and a tiny popcorn with a small fountain drink was $18. The bathrooms upstairs smells like a sewage pipe has busted and half of the stalls were out of order. The cabinets were taped on and the lights above the sinks didn't work and it was dark. Oh and don't even get me started on how much of a hassle the parking situation is, don't be late to your movie because this will cause you to be even more late. Where is all this money going if it's not being used to maintain the theater or keep it appealing? This is a really bad look for Redlands. read more

The young woman at the ticket entrance was friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive. Theater seats are disgusting. They recline just enough, but the pleather fabric is pealed off most seats I saw. The attendant call button was missing in several seats. The servers need serious traing in customer service. Their distain for the job was clear. The food was cold and soggy when delivered...in the dark. There are no tray lights to see with during the movie. Sadly, the popcorn had so much salt it was horrible. It's gone downhill over past few years. I paid over 31 dollars for two tickets and the seats were falling apart. There is food service and tonight it was not bad at all but the food is mid. I did appreciate the combo options. There is a whole parking situation now as well. When we walked into the theater to present our tickets and the gentleman asked if we validated our parking and we realized that since Redlands public market is now open, it cost 16 dollars for 3 hours to park in their lot or if you have a movie ticket they will validate 3 hours for free. But you do have to do all this setup through a QR code before you go to the movie. The quality of the movie picture and sound itself weren't too great, the theater could use a refresh. read more

This was my second time coming in -- I hadn't been in a couple of years -- and I was a bit disappointed this time around. I decided to grab a snack before having dinner after the movie. I ordered a couple of soft drinks and some appetizers. My strawberry lemonade was super watered down, which wasn't a big deal at first -- I figured I could just exchange it for a regular lemonade. When I asked the attendant, though, he simply said no, which caught me off guard. He then added, "You need to buy another one," so I just decided not to drink it at all. We also needed forks and napkins for our appetizers but didn't receive any. I later remembered there was a button to ask for help, but by then it was too late. The Doritos and pretzel bites were about a 3/10 for me. What saved the whole experience was the movie we watched -- Soul on Fire. Such an amazing film and a real tear-jerker. I wish the service and food matched how great the movie was. read more

They only used them for one movie and now the Redlands location has closed and the only other location in Californiais over an hour away. Parking validation is a nightmare here. Park at your own risk of losing money to a parking reservation! My partner and I made a 3-hour reservation as instructed on the signs at the parking spots. After the movie was over, we asked an attendant at the theater how we could get our validation and we were told that the person who usually handles that is out. We were directed to call the parking reservation company to get a refund through them. Well, that call resulted in us being redirected to the theater manager's email. We had never been to this theater, and I didn't read reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, the reviews here are all pretty on par. The theater itself is very run down. The seats are falling apart, they squeak, and they aren't easy to figure out how to recline. Additionally, there was no AC and it's the middle of August. I see all the Yelp reviews with management's response saying they take it very seriously, yada yada yada, but it's clear that they don't since nothing has been done. Staff is very kind and personable, I just feel bad they have to work at a place like this. Watching a two hour movie with no AC or air flow is rough. Upgrades need to be made to this theater. Honestly I'm shocked of the reading cause honestly this theater is not bad. Having a full bar, food that is brought to you with a push of a button, the seats recline. Maybe not automatically with a button but they are comfortable. I love the old school decor. Look is definitely testing to compete with the big dogs! Theater is pretty clean and the choice of seats applies here too but the food! I come here a lot and only because it's close to my house but every time I come, the food service is terrible. They charge you for gratuity. There's no way of getting out of that. Today They sent my food to the wrong seats I paid $97 and someone else ate my food , and that was after waiting a whole hour no one ever came to my chair I had to go to the front and see what was going on. 8/22/2023 Update - I wanted to give this theater another shot since I used to come here all the time. My dentist is nearby and I really wanted to see the movie Strays. I was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman. I wish I could have looked at his name tag but he was awesome. When I got there I had problems with my app and I was quick to say maybe I did something wrong, he told me "you'd be surprised sometimes it's the app" and was willing to go out of his way to help me. Cleanliness: This was the only issue I encountered again. It really messes with the experience. The bathroom is really small which means it needs consistent attention. There is also a bathroom upstairs and that one is a little better. The theater was not too bad this time but they have tables attached to the seats and my table was sticky and look like it had not been cleaned from the last movie. Staff: I have 0 complaints about the staff here. Everyone was very friendly and on the way out the same gentleman that greeted us helped us with getting a new popcorn bag because ours was leaking tons of butter on the bottom. Very friendly and always with a smile. App: I would recommend closing your tab right away with the app. I tried it this time and obviously it was a much better experience. But I don't like the feeling of having my guard up just to order some food. I can imagine a lot of first timers not coming back just for this reason. read more
