We are seniors traveling from Maryland to Oklahoma with our RV (30' fifth wheel) to visit our daughter. Yesterday we had the misfortune of have a flat tire on our fifth wheel right off of Rt. I 40 W at Exit 183, AAA wouldn't help us because we didn't have the RV listed with them. So my husband managed to change the tire, but we needed to get the spare fixed. We lucked out when we found Lonoke Tire and Lube. "CF" helped us out immediately until arrival. He cheerfully directed us to the back of the shop, where he proceeded to repair the tire in no time. On 6/14/2023 we were driving in our Class C RV and had a blow-out. I called one tire shop, explained my trouble, and was referred to Lonoke Tire. I called and a kind voice assured me they could help. We limped off Rt 40 to the shop, where Chance and his team really helped us out! The shop had the tires we needed right there, and they started working on our RV immediately. Had a blowout on I40 and the AAA gentleman led me to this shop for a new tire. Quickly replaced and sent me on my way. Wake up in my Oklahoma home town 3 days later to a flat on my new tire. Took my car to a local shop for all new tires since I didn't trust the one put on in Lonoke. I was told there was a leak in the barcode. Called this shop to tell them and the man who answered listened to my details and said that happens sometimes but since I couldn't come back, there was nothing they could do. Sorry I paid cash or would have disputed the charge on my card. Never offered a refund. Terribly disappointed!! read more

We were traveling through Arkansas on our way to a funeral in WV when we had a sudden blow out, becoming stranded on the side of I-40 near Lonoke. A State Trooper on his way home from work stopped and helped put the donut spare on. I asked for a recommendation to get a new tire so we could resume our journey and he suggested Lonoke Tire. We trekked into Lonoke and arrived at this very bustling shop. We were promptly greeted by Rick, the owner, who immediately moved us into a bay and, with pit crew precision, no less than three employees got to work on our Honda Odyssey.
