They will always try to charge you extra for any service, like posting small letters as large letters or trying to add a 'sign for' for a regular birthday card! I swear this is like the Post Office of the future…read more There are no queues here. Instead, you take a ticket, and get to sit on a leather seat in air conditioned comfort. You just relax while fiddling on your phone, writing Yelp reviews or something, and then when your number gets called you go up and they sort out whatever you need to do. The result is a relaxed atmosphere and staff who seem happy, and therefor treat you well. They are keen and happy to help, and the post office offers all the usual services you expect. It's really good here, for a Post Office :)

There's no good time with Post Offices just a bad time and a horrendous time…read more This one is no different, I see 12 vacant staff posts yet two members of staff At peak time With a queue of 30 people going out the door. Now once or twice and this would've been ok but I've seen it now everytime I've gone in. I've tried at 9am (less busy but people had been queuing for 20 minutes), 1pm and 3pm and still no better. The staff CAN be helpful until you need forms filling in then they're about as helpful as an ice cube in hell! I've made sure any companies I deal with now can be done via direct debit or direct in branch as I vowed never to go back there.
