The building is an hour from my home, so I wasn't able to be onsite when needed. They worked around my schedule and would text me if any questions came up. I couldn't be on-site when they completed and was concerned they might cut corners to "beat the rain." I drove out on Sunday to see the finished product and could not have been more impressed. All the windows and doors were sturdy and opened and closed without issue. The construction was extremely solid. It rained heavily a few days prior, and I saw no signs of leaking. I will absolutely use Twin Carports for my next project!

He constantly put up barriers to completing the project in spite of the timing of our wedding. He sent a crew the first week who refused to do any work (we removed a number of trees and tree limbs to facilitate their work in advance per their request, and paid over $2,000 for a lift machine, that they ultimately hardly used at all). And then finally when asked to be careful with the pavers on our driveway (and not drop their frames and break any pavers due to the wedding reception which was to happen right there), his installer refused to say they'd even try to be careful. They then left, leaving us and Matt to have to scramble to find a crew who could do the install. I had to leave town that afternoon for the week. So, when I returned I found that though the building was now constructed, the openings for the garage doors were off by a couple inches. And while it turned out to probably be the fault of the concrete company who poured the pad, Matt was angry, defensive, disrespectful, and refused to give us any option/s to help make it right. Fortunately, the garage door company was able to put longer rubber bases on the doors so they would close all the way to the ground. And while NC Builders were the sales company, and Patrick, the sales person, seemed upset by what had transpired, saying "we won't be using Twin Carports again..." They really did no follow up either. We did appreciate the head installer, Angel and his crew for completing the project, as we did need to move part of the wedding into the garage due to the weather. But as for Matt??? There's really nothing else to say.
