His only suggestions were a different antibiotic, icing my face, sleeping elevated, and a nasal swab that wouldn't yield results for 3-4 weeks--while I'm actively suffering. There was no pain management plan discussed--not even non-medical options that could help soothe or reduce the facial and nasal pain. The appointment was rushed, lacked compassion, and I felt like he just wanted me out the door.
