I made an appointment for her to see counselor Cindi Leveridge (wakeuptojoy.net counseling) and when she came to her appointment there was no one there. She ended up in a dark, empty office with a sofa in the hallway that blocked the door, creepy and impassable. The counselor was not there. I receive a call and a text message from my daughter sobbing and melting down into panic attack. This was HORRIBLE for her. My daughter was so upset about this situation that she was not willing to seek help again during the semester. I went to the office to talk to Mrs. Leveridge. The office directory does not even have her registered in that place. There are 2 other counselors for this office space # 109,... the person who answered office door # 109 was not Cindi Leveridge, but A FOURTH counselor who shares a creepy one room office space! She told me that Leveridge only worked part time in that place. Leveridge NEVER told us she worked part time in a one room office shared with 4 others when we made the appointment or we would have never scheduled. Our experience was so negative that I would never recommend Cindi Leveridge to anyone. She didn't seem to care about the impact this had on my child-after I reviewed this business on another site the entire page with her name and business has been hidden-no concern or apology. I am convinced that there are more negative reviews that should I have known I would have never made an appointment. I would NEVER recommend this counselor.
