Erika changed my life by helping me to identify my self limiting belief that is causing my issues, where it stemmed from, and how to mindfully change my habits and my life. Every hill that I encounter she helps me over it with grace. She is dynamic and willing to intuitively cater the session to exactly what I need; sometimes it's advice, sometimes it's meditation, sometimes we just get caught up in a healing conversation. She is warm, emphatic, honest, and what she does is unique. I have never felt like I have walked away with so many practical tools before, I can hear her voice in my head when I am about to repeat a negative pattern. She is someone you want in your support system for a mindful life.

I have tried other counselors before but I clicked best with Tina and found her approach to be easy, non-judgmental, caring, authentic, and accepting. I've found a lot of useful strategies in therapy and it's helped me in improve my life in many areas. She has also helped me navigate the difficult grieving process after I lost my best friend and animal companion DeeDee. Through therapy I have found a way back to a lifelong dream of pursing a legal education and Tina's encouragement and guidance as I made this decision to take the LSAT and pursue law school have been invaluable and I don't think I would have pursued this dream otherwise.

I had an extremely negative view about therapy but deep down the things she taught me slowly improved my quality of life and I went from a therapist hating person to respecting the field in an insane way. I trust her 110% and now cant imagine how my life would look like (or maybe id be dead lol) if I hadnt seen her, had any sort of trust in her because during the beginning of my journey it was my LAST CHANCE ever trying a mental health professional again. I would pay 5x the price I have paid for the newfound love for life and purpose I have cultivated in my own life with her help in bringing awarness into my very self shaming, suffering life. I have had such an insane transformation with the help of her. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE, if you actually want to experience real GROWTH. She has the best strategies and not only that a deep understanding of the field. This is coming from somebody who started to see her at 19 years old and somebody who did not want to heal at the time but knew that if I did not I would end up not making it another year. It was not always easy but the steps she gave me were always actionable methods that got to the root of my trauma and I plan to continue therapy with her forever. She was always patient with me when I had prior therapists label me as TREATMENT RESISTANT and The more this happened the more deeply depressed I had become in that time. She will meet you exactly where you are at and the amount of daily effort you put in will cause a direct result in your life and if you are willing to do the work (or even if you think you might be willing to like how I was) please see her because she reignited hope and MOST IMPORTANTLY HELPED ME REIGNITE HOPE IN MY OWN SELF. I truly believe at my core she has the knowledge and wisdom on how to create a therapeautic relationship with any human seeking to improve their own life and well being, with somebody in ANY STAGE OF LIFE. -Sophie
