The end of May I bought my daughter 2 pairs of earrings for part of a birthday gift. Wasn't sure…read moreshe would love both pairs but was told she could exchange for something else. She went in today to look around & find something else she liked better. She was told could only exchange for 2 weeks. That is a very very short exchange window. I am sure she would have ended up spending more money on whatever else she choose today. She said there were 2 workers & they were so rude to her. Have always found cute things in this store but won't be shopping there ever again. Very disappointed. Wish they had verbally told me about the 2 week window originally when I asked & I probably would have only bought 1 pair of earrings & not spent $100 on 2 pairs as I often have different taste from my daughter. I knew if she came in to exchange a pair she would have found something she liked better. I just don't want others to have the same bad experience we did.

I had looked and looked for a ring with a pattern of leaves, and one day, there it was. It came out good. I still wear it. The price was right, the service was perfect. But I would definitely deal with him again.

We had several meetings with Lauren to discuss our desired wedding style, colors and floral needs, and she came up with amazing, inspired designs for them all - from the wrist corsages, boutonnieres, and crowns for the bridal party to the table centerpieces - everything was gorgeous! She dropped off our bridal party flowers to the hotel on the morning of our wedding, worked closely with our venue to drop off table arrangements and left boxes for us to transport the centerpieces to the hotel for our Sunday brunch the day after the reception. When we realized that we had miscounted and were short one bridesmaid bouquet - our mistake, not Lauren's! - we called her and she quickly arranged one and dropped it off at the venue in time for pictures, without an extra charge! We got so many compliments on the floral arrangements from guests throughout the night - I would highly recommend using Bloomsbury Floral Design for all your floral needs!
