Must try the braised short ribs and the general chaos chicken. Dumplings were also amazing and so were their house dipping sauces. The cocktails were superb. Above all else the service was IMPECABLE the staff was very assertive, attentive(without being overbearing) efficient thorough, and very kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) *****Review i posted for hunan meant for this location*****

My cousing…read moreand i went into this restaurant and my first impression was that a menu with similar names as i know the chinese dishes. One of the suggestions was to order for 165 pesos diner that included soup, appetizer, fried rice and two dishes. One of the dishes was mugo gai pan and the second was chop suey. Chop suey? What ? Served in Mexico? I may be wrong but that is not an original chinese dish. The food was ok. Old style chinese food from the late 60s early 70s. The dishes include some vegetables not of chinese origin. Like jicama was used on the mugo gai pan. No water chesnuts. No tea was offered only sodas and beer and fruit of the day style flavored drink. The food was plentiful. A lot. 4 people can eat on these dishes. I would comeback to try other items on the menu. Overall the table service was ok nothing extraordinary. Food had an old fashion style flavore which to me is interesting.

This is definitely a U.S. Style Chinese restaurant. I waiver between 3 and 4 stars. For some reason the overall experience was "meh" for me, but I can't point to anything other than they are trying a little too hard to be stereotypically Chinese. But that's what you'd expect from any half decent Chinese place in the U.S. So I give it a 4. They start you off with some fried noodle snacks with mustard and sweet/sour sauce. I decided to keep it safe and ordered a sweet and sour chicken dish. My partner ordered a shrimp dish, and we also got chicken fried rice. The fried rice as average, but my sweet and sour was above average. My partner thought her dishes sauce was not that interesting but the shrimp itself was quite good. Green tea was brought without asking - always a good sign. No fortune cookies, which makes me a little sad, but since it was a U.S. invention I believe, not a surprise. Service was competent, but not engaging.
