I'm not a plumber or anything, but it seemed like the problem was inside the house, not out in the back yard pipes. The problem was not fixed. Within a month it got worse. Water started leaking behind the washer when it ran. I called again. I got the woman who answered the phone and she asked me my name, phone number, address, and if I was the homeowner. She said she'd have a plumber call me soon. A plumber called and mumbled and sounded like he was drunk. I couldn't really understand what he was saying and he hung up on me. I called the main number back. I talked to the same woman and told her the story with the plumber. Again, she asked me my name, phone number, address, and if I was the owner. I wanted to say, "You just fucking asked me that 20 minutes ago didn't you type it into the computer?" but I didn't. She completely ignored my story and said she'd have a plumber call again. I told her I didn't want to talk to the same guy again. She said she couldn't do anything about a drunk plumber. I asked for a manager and she said there wasn't one there. So I told her I was just going to call the people who license plumbers. She said Ok. Don't go to this place. They treat you worse the guards treat prisoners on Lock-Up. And if they screw up there's no ramifications.
