POOR SEPARATION EXPERIENCE…read more If you purchase a new home and move out of their available service area, you are contractually bound to a penalty within a prescribed period. I should have read the fine print as I was not instructed otherwise at the time of installation. They have waived $100 of over $250 in fees, but their service limitations should not be borne on the backs of faithful, timely customers who move outside of "uptown" Denison. Had I continued to reside in their small-town catchment, I would certainly have kept their services as we had reliable, fast service. The example Monarc should follow: even AT&T fully waived contract termination fees due to a move with no available service in our destination. Not the farewell to Denison I had envisioned.
